Creative Lawn Care

They do a good job and are worry-free. They are pleasant on the phone. If I could ask for one thing different, it would be that instead of suggesting I check my lawn for grubs or crabgrass, I would like them to do it, since they are there and know exactly what to look for.

6/22/2011 - emailed request to schedule weekly mowing service after receipt of an estimate. After receiving no reply to my message, I called to request the same. We were put on the schedule to start mowing sometime that next week, 6/29-7/1. As of 6:15pm, 7/1 the grass remains uncut. I tried to call about 4pm today, but got only voicemail. Are we on the schedule? Will they be out sometime to cut? At this point I have no idea....

I hired Creative Lawn Care to mow my lawn throughout the season. They usually charge $30 per mow on a weekly basis. However, they agreed to mow my lawn for $25 per mow. I have a small house that sits on a standard (small) city lot. My lawn was extremely high when they first mowed in April due to all of the rain we were having and the little opportunity the rain left for mowing. I actually thought that one of my neighbors had mowed the first time because of all of the grass left behind. Suffice it to say, Creative didn't pick up grass, used a mower that is too large for the lot (it tore up my lawn) and they only trim with a weed eater. Apparently, as their employee told me today, they do not use a push mower for anything less than $50 per mow. They mowed my lawn on a weekly basis for seven weeks. Today was my first opportunity to see them in action. It took them less than 15 minutes. I immediately cancelled the service. Even at $25 per mow, it is not worth it to me and in so many words I was told that it is not worth it to them either.

The workers from Creative Lawn Care Company come and do what they are supposed do. However, I’m not sure if I’m getting a good value for my money. I don’t think their service is as personable as I would like it to be. I don’t seem to be getting any advice from them on lawn care or landscaping. I would continue with their service this year and may look for another provider next year.

No problems - met their estimate, came when they said they would, did a great job!

The first time they came to spray I was a nervous wreck because of the dogs. I kept the dogs off for the period of time they advised and all went well. Because the lawn had not been treated for the past 4 summer, a few dandelions still popped up after the first application. I emailed them and before I knew it they came to spot treat. Turns out the yard really needed another application. After all of this my backyard looks fantastic. I will continue to use their lawn service the remainder of the season and probably in the summers to come.

They were very prompt about their estimate. Their prices were affordable.

His prices were a little less than some. I will be more inclined to judge his work at the end of the summer.

Superb results. I discontinued service due to allergies of my young grandchildren. However, I have contacted Creative Lawn Care to start treatment again this year. The work is done with the latest professional equipment. The lawn was beautiful. It has deteriorated considerably since using other means to treat the lawn. I would not consider another lawn company to do the work. I was extremely happy with them.

They do a good job. They are professional. This is the first lawn service we have continuously used. We like their price and the lawn looks good.

We had considerable damage to our front and back lawns from animals digging for grubs. The Creative Lawn Care folks came out, seeded the lawn last summer, and set up a schedule of treatments (last of which in November). By the end of summer the lawns were looking great, and we could not be happier with the reliability and knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy of the personnel they sent. We just signed up for regular treatments next year. Great job on all counts!

They estimated they would aerate my yard the week of 10/18/10 but were able to aerate it 10/11/10. They aerated my yard and left an invoice in the front door. It went very well.

They come out for times a year for us. We have been really happy with them, they had taken care of all dandelions and other weeds. They usually let us know a head of time when they come out, and they leave a flag to let us know that they had been there.

Everything went great, we are very happy with them.

They have been doing it for a couple of years for us. We have a yearly contract with them. That's proprietary. We have an arrangement with them and we are happy with it, but it's not necessarily what they charge everybody. They are really very responsive and very knowledgeable. They do a great job. We will continue to use them.

They fertilize and treat the lawn all year long. They're one of the few that will use organic fertilizers. They always do a great job and are very responsive.

We have a yearly contract with them. We have been really pleased with them. We have had them for about 5 years now. One of our neighbor's canceled their other lawn service in the middle of last summer and went with Creative Lawn. They came one day to apply fertilizer when our lawn was long, and my husband was just getting started on mowing. They said they would come back the next day to fertilize it. They accommodated our schedule. They also did some landscaping for me. Everything is still alive and growing well. If we have had a question they have came out to talk to us. Their cost is comparative, if not better than other companies.

I do not have to worry about anything. They come at our agreed-upon time, and they do a great job. I have been happy and will continue to use them.

Creative does a great job and turned my lawn from a haven for weeds into one of the best lawns on the street. I don't have to lift a finger. I've requested that they used organic products when available and they comply. They offer a 10% discount for prepaying for the entire season on treatments. I've used them for 3 years now and will continue to do so.

My experience with them has been extremely positive. If there was a need for additional weed control treatment they have come out in between the scheduled appointments and have taken care of it. They are very accommodating. They are very competitively priced.
