Their serviceman came again on July 3. The bill that was left was a charge for the regular application, plus a charge for weed control in the mulched area. I knew this charge was not correct as I had not requested it. Plus the fact that the mulched area is in my back yard with a locked gate in a 6 foot fence. I called their office today, July 5. I was told that I had requested this treatment and it was on their records that I had. I said that was a one-time request and I did not authorize it. And that he could not have done it on July 3 as my gate was locked. I sent an email to them also, explaining in detail how I had paid all the bills that were given to me. In their reply they admitted the weed application in the mulched area had not been done on July 3, but they said I had not paid for the extra service in May. First I was told on the phone that the charge was for treatment on July 3. Then I was told in an email that it was for the extra treatment in May. And that I had personally requested it when he was here at my house. That he did not know at the time that there was an extra charge for it. I do not recall that incident on that date. I was and still am going through a trying medical period in my life. If that truly were the case, why did they not explain that to me by telephone or email? I would have simply paid the charge and thought no more of it. That would have been the end of it. Why tack on that extra charge on the customer's next bill with absolutely no explanation for it? It is extremely unprofessional and thoughtless to wait and put a charge on a customer's bill the next time around. And with no explanation on the bill as to when or why that charge was incurred. It is the inconsistency of the answers I have been given by this company that has been so frustrating--not the amount of the charge.

I rate them a B plus. I think I got a better price through them, thats why I went to them.

They are really good and tidy. They do a good job. I think his price is average and I will continue use them.

Still early in the process I have only received one of five treatments, but so far excellent results. They responded great and communication is also excellent.

Lawn evaluation and first application were flawless. I will comment further as the lawn season continues.

After several years with another lawn care service, my lawn looked distressed at winter's end. I found Creative Lawn Care on Angie's List and hired them to over-seed my yard (heavily) at the same time as Round 1 application (fertilizer, pre-emergent). Creative Lawn Care took my lawn care concerns very seriously even though I was a brand new customer and promptly responded with just what my lawn needed. After only six weeks, my lawn is already looking much stronger, and I have total faith that Creative Lawn Care will help the lawn get more beautiful with each passing month.

Excellent work by Creative Lawn Care. I've recommended them to a few of my neighbors. I will continue to use them if they maintain the same professionalism and prices.

They are all professionals. They know their job and they do it well. Most importantly they do it in a timely fashion. I had somebody else do my lawn care here and he wouldn’t show up from week to week. These people always show up when they say they are going to show up. They are a pretty good company. When I call them, they take care of things. They come when they say they’re going to come. I will obviously use their services again in the future.

Grass is green, weeds are gone, bare spots are filled in. Worth every penny.

My experience with them has been very good. They are a very good and friendly company to work with. They do very good work and I am very satisfied with their work. I have no issues with them.

I have used Creative Lawncare for two years now. Overall I am satisfied with their service compared to the other companies I have tried for lawn treatments. Their price is fair. They show up and do a good job. They don't constantly harass you with phone calls trying to convince you to buy other services. They seem to be genuinely nice people trying to do a good job. The only thing I was hoping for given that they are a smaller company is more of a personal touch. I was hoping for real lawncare advice from the technician who applies the lawn treatments. Unfortunately they fall short of making this otherwise very good service an outstanding service. I still use them. I still recommend them. I will continue to use them.

I’m in kind of a contract with them. I don’t usually see them. They come and do their work, and then leave. I pay them approximately $40 a service unless there are five or six services during the season anywhere from April to November. I don’t have anything specific to say about them. They came during the time when I called them and I haven’t had any issues with them. It has been a smooth relationship I guess. I asked them to add a service and so the next time when they came, they added the service. Other than that, I guess it’s an unusual relationship. I don’t need to be there when they come out to the job. They can do my lawn work whether I’m there or not. I think my lawn seems to be getting the required nourishment. I think I will get to know more when I get to the whole process to see how it was. I have no complaints and I would recommend them. They’re doing their job. I guess their price is comparable. I didn’t really shop around and so I don’t know whether their price was fine or not. They were highly rated on Angie’s list and that’s why I used them. I really don’t have any complaints. They come whenever they are scheduled to come and that’s how often they come. They don’t leave a mess. I will continue to use their services again in the future.

They give me a notice in advance about when they will be coming. I rate them high overall. I am very happy with them. I will continue using them.

They do a great job and are very responsive should any questions or concerns arise. I always pay in advance for the entire growing season which get me a 10% discount. My lawn is one of the best looking lawns in the neighborhood.

Cutting right to the point. After 3 months of service I terminated the lawn mowing service from Creative Lawn Service. I was really disappointed in this service. They don't mulch or bag the grass so we would find grass clipping all over the yard when it growing really fast and thick. I asked them to do something about that on their next visit and they didn't so I canceled their service. They also had a tendency ot nick the wood fence, posts and deck in the back yard. I asked them to be careful of this and it seemed to have stopped after I pointed it out.

Its been going really well. We called them out because the other lawn service did not assist us with the weeds. Their prices are very reasonable. The weeds and lawn have vastly improved. They are also very responsive.

Everything has been done perfectly. It is easy to use them. They come when they feel it is warranted. The service is automatically done.

They were very prompt in their estimate and have regularly returned as promised to apply repeat treatments. The gentleman that gave the estimate was very laid back and easy to deal with. I would recommend them highly.

They were great. Timely, professional, and the lawn looks great.

The company was very prompt in answering my email. Chris (owner) came out and provided estimate. Price was competitive. Chris came out on a Saturday to apply the first treatment. When he arrived, my kids were playing in the backyard and he offered to come back at another time. He asked if I had questions or concerns about the yard. I showed him some problem areas and he gave me some good advice for re-seeding. Although I could have paid him to do the work, he said it would be cheaper if I just did myself. I was impressed that he didn't try to push additional services (which is something other companies have done). I pointed out the weed problems in the yard and the herbicide that he applied worked exactly as he said it would.

We hired Creative Lawn Care to provide fertilization to our yard this year. They have been great to work with. After one service we had questions and they came right out to the house and explained all that was happening with the lawn. We will be using them in the years to come. Very satisfied.

They are responsive to my phone calls and do the job they say they will.

Pretty good considering we probably confused them by adding and deleting services. They missed mowing an area a couple of times. After a couple of emails and phone calls, we got that worked out. They offered their apologies

See above. Now, 9 days later, no one from Creative Lawn Care has left an estimate or contacted me. I called Tailored Lawncare and have been able to meet with the proprietor the same day. He did a thorough inspection of my property, took photos to send away to ID weeds he could not identify and spent easily 30 minutes offering multiple service options. I am extremely pleased with Tailored Lawncare and I am very, very displeased with my interaction (or lack of) from Creative Lawn Care.
