Description of Work: Creative Lawn Care billed us for lawn fertilization 9 months after we moved from our home. I told them we would not pay because we did not own the home any longer. The owner was abusive and threatened to "destroy our credit" and sent the bill to debt collectors ($75+). We had been good customers for over 10 years and hundreds of dollars of services over the years. I could not believe his reaction or the continued harassment from this company. Buyer beware.

Description of Work: This is my third season with these folks for lawn care service. I am very pleased with their service and will continue to use them as they continue to perform well. Friendly, professional staff and are "customer friendly". Will come out to the house to answer any questions or address concerns between applications. I have referred these folks to relatives who have thanked me for the referral based on similar service experience.

Description of Work: After three seasons with Creative Lawn Care.....yard showed NO improvement. |Had the 5 treatment program each year. I don't think Creative did much to encourage my yard to be healthy. I mowed at proper height, watered when appropriate, and still my yard had issues. I called, they came to inspect, and nothing was changed in my program for three years. This season I chose to cancel with Creative Lawn and go with another company. The new service.....have already done a soil sample and given me options and suggestions. Wish I had changed sooner!

Description of Work: Purchased fertilization and weed treatment for the season. Pleasant and responsive office staff, willing to dispatch between scheduled treatments to apply additional treatments to a problem lawn. Our house was vacant for most of the last 5 years and the lawn needs some TLC. The services provided by Creative have helped the lawn recover a lot more quickly than anticipated.

Description of Work: I have found this service to fully meet my needs in this area. Noticed the lawn was getting a little out of control weed wise a couple of years ago. Decided that a regular program of some kind needed to be established. Looked up a couple of companies on Angie's list and chose Creative Lawn Care. They are always plesant to work with. Have used them 2 years adjusting the exact treatment for the lawn as I see fit. They send me info about the next year to see what services I might want then. They are always willing to answer any questions I might have about their services or additional requests about work they might do for me. They are quick, friendly, and professional and appear to appreciate my business. Their price seems very reasonable.
