They always show up on time. They offer really reasonable prices for their services. They are always very professional and easy to work with. They also answer any questions we have.

Very good service. Great price. Used them at our previous house. At new house I treated yard myself for a couple of years. I find that for the price and service, it was better to go with Creative Lawncare.

They are very accommodating to my needs. I recently got a dog and they call to make sure if I'm going to be home so that way I can keep the dog inside, and if I'm not going to be there, they reschedule to come out another day that works out better for me. Every thing's great. I've been using them for about a year and I'm very pleased with all of the work that they've done. I would highly recommend them to others.

They call ahead, are very friendly and helpful. They spend as much time discussing lawn issues as you need. They have come back to check/treat problems at no extra charge. If you have a question or problem, they return calls promptly. We went through 2 other services... and my lawn has never looked better.

I had a couple companies give me an estimate. Creative Lawncare gave me the best price. Based on other reviews I gave them a try. They said I did not need to be home and gave me a general idea of when they would come by (early October). I came home around the 10th of October, and it was done. The people I talked to were very friendly and answered several questions I had about my lawn.

Creative Lawn care correctly added the amount of fertilizer that is perfect for my small yard. The representative does it quickly and leaves no mess. He took the time to explain to me why the different grasses in my yard behave to lack of water differently. He could have advised to me dig up the patch and plant new grass, which was unnecessary. He saved me money by giving me good advice.

They call a day ahead of time to let you know that they are coming out. The crews are very personable. The president came out and gave the estimate and he was very approachable, letting us know that we could call him anytime with questions.

I called multiple companies on May 22. This was the only company that had a person answer and not an answering machine. I was told that someone would call me approximately 24 hours in advance of coming to give me an estimate. I never heard from them again. They've gotten great ratings from other people. I don't know why I couldn't get an estimate.

He came promptly to do the job and will put two more applications on my yard.

Things have gone great. I started using Creative Lawncare last year. I have two Labradors and I never expect my lawn to look that great. My lawn looks much better than it did last year. It is thick and many of the dead spots have filled in. I am very happy with the service. The best part is that the owner, Chris, takes customer service very seriously. When I call to ask lawn questions he has contacts me the day I made the call. He is patient and I find his advice to be right on the money. It is truly a full service operation. I recommend him highly.

They said no problem with the organic and it would be around $34 per application. I have them for two years and the 1st year they were great, but the yard was so-so. The second year the lawn looks wonderful. In fact it been growing a little to well.

When I called, I actually talked to a live person who was very nice and informative. Within two days, we received an estimate for the work to be completed along with other recommendations. I called and made an appointment for the fertilization and aeration. The work was completed within 4 days, and the individual who did the work was efficient and helpful. We were extremely impressed and will continue to use Creative Lawncare and recommend them.

Very prompt response to getting quote. Work done very quickly during a busy time of the year. I thought perhaps that some soil needed to be added in spots, but they did not mention or recommend it.

A MONTH AND A HALF LATER I GOT A LETTER SAYING I'M OVERDUE ON PAYMENT AND THERE IS A $5 LATE FEE. THE LETTER INSISTED THERE WAS NO DAMAGE DONE AND HE HAD COME TO MY HOUSE PERSONALLY SEVERAL TIMES TO CHECK THE PLANTS. HE NEVER INFORMED ME HE WAS COMING, DID SO WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WHILE I WASN'T HOME, AND CONTINUES TO IGNORE MY PHONE MESSAGES. PLANT EXPERTS HAVE SEEN PLANT CUTTING AND PICTURES OF MY PLANTS, AND TOLD ME THE CURLING OF STEMS AND DROOPING OF LEAVES ARE CLASSIC EXAMPLES OF HERBICIDE DAMAGE. MY LILAC BUSH IS NOW COMPLETELY AFFECTED AS THE POISON HAS SPREAD TO THE WHOLE PLANT. MANY LEAVES ARE TURNING YELLOW AND FALLING OFF. I WAS TOLD IT MIGHT DIE. I WAS NOT ABLE TO EAT THE ASPARAGUS THIS YEAR BECAUSE I WAS TOLD IT COULD MAKE ME SICK. NEW ASPARAGUS GROWTH IS THIN AND WEAK, AND I WAS TOLD THE BED MAY NOT SURVIVE. MEMBER UPDATE: HE DID NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS OR RESPOND TO THE CERTIFIED LETTER SENT TO HIM REGARDING MY CONCERNS AS STATED IN HIS RESPONSE.

We have been thrilled with the service provided by Creative Lawncare. Not only did they come in at half the price of another company. We have been thrilled with the service provided by Creative Lawncare and their customer service is superb as well! We had bare spots in our back yard and were given different alternatives as to what to do. We were also told how we could do it ourselves if we wanted to save even more money. We opted for the slice seeding and it was completed today. The seeding went beyond our expections and the price was well below expectations. Can't get much better than that! If you are looking for an excellent lawncare company ... then look no further!

We called Creative Lawncare to get a quote for lawn treatment and Chris came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable about grasses, weeds and lawn diseases. We hired him for the season and our first treatment was completed within a week. We were impressed with Chris's dedication to customer service.

Chris was excellent. As it turns out he had serviced the lawn for the previous owners. Willing to answer any questions even though I'll be doing most lawncare myself. Great company!

Prompt, courteous response to request for quote; reasonable cost, and great delivery of quoted service. I am very pleased. This is the second job they did for me, and I will hire again.

Small family owned and operated business, which I believe to be a plus. Polite, on time, always returned calls and most important seemed to be very knowledgeable of their field. I will continue to use them next season.

CHRIS IS THE OWNER AND IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT HE DOES. HE (PERSONALLY) COMES ABOUT FIVE TIMES A YEAR (DURING THE SUMMER) TO SPRAY OUR LAWN. HE USES ORGANIC TREATMENT ON THE BACK YARD SO IT IS SAFE FOR OUR DOGS. WE HAD ISSUES WITH LEAF MITES ON OUR MAPLE TREES. CHRIS LOOKED THEM OVER (NO CHARGE), IDENTIFIED THE ISSUE, AND PROVIDED A TRULY INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF INFORMATION ABOUT THEM. WE ALSO HAD BAGWORMS ON OUR TREES, SAME STORY. WE IMPLEMENTED CHRIS'S SUGGESTIONS (BY OURSELVES) AND ELIMINATED THE PROBLEM. HE HAS SOMEONE CALL TO LET YOU KNOW WHEN HE IS COMING. HE ALWAYS COMES WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL, AND HE DOES WHAT HE SAYS. OUR LAWN LOOKS AMAZING - THANKS TO HIM (THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ''BEFORE'' AND ''AFTER'' IS UNBELIEVABLE). WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. WE THINK HE PROVIDES THE BEST SERVICE OUT OF ANYONE WE DEAL WITH - REGARDLESS OF CATEGORY (E.G. CLEANING, LANDSCAPING, LAWN).

THE COMPANY OWNER CAME TO OUR HOME FOR AN INITIAL CONSULT. HE DID A COMPLETE LAWN AND LANDSCAPE ANALYSIS, AND REFUSED TO SELL US SERVICES THAT WE DID NOT NEED. CREATIVE LAWNCARE'S CORE AERATION PRICE WAS 25% OF THE PRICE OF MY FORMER LAWNCARE COMPANY. BASED UPON OTHER MEMBERS' REPORTS, WE ARE CONFIDENT THAT OUR LAWN WILL RECEIVE THE PERSONALIZED KIND OF ATTENTION THAT THE LARGE LAWNCARE COMPANIES CANNOT PROVIDE, AND AT A FRACTION OF THE COST!

$35 PER TREATMENT. CHRIS IS A PROFESSIONAL AND HAS GOOD IDEAS AS TO HOW TO IMPROVE OUR YARD.

CHRIS IS VERY PROMPT IN HIS FOLLOWUP. SPENDS AS MUCH TIME WITH YOU AS NECESSARY TO ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. EVEN THOUGH THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONALLY BUSY TIME OF YEAR FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE, CHRIS KEEPS TO HIS SCHEDULE AND WORKS TO ACCOMMODATE YOURS. HE DOESN'T TRY TO SELL YOU SERVICES YOU DON'T NEED, AND ONLY DOES THE APPLICATIONS YOU CONSENT TO. VERY PERSONABLE AND POLITE MAN TO DEAL WITH.

HE DID A GOOD JOB. HE GAVE ME TONS OF ADVICE THAT WOULD MAKE IT EASIER FOR ME TO TAKE CARE OF THE LAWN. I WILL ALWAYS USE HIM.

COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF THIS TRANSACTION, STARTING WITH THE INITIAL CALL, TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE. ALL PROFESSIONALLY DONE WITH PUNCTUALITY.
