I recently used the services of JAC cleaners to clean my 3-bedroom apartment and I have to say I was very impressed with the results. The cleaners arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They took the time to listen to my specific requests and made sure to address all of my concerns. They cleaned all of the surfaces, including countertops, floors, and furniture, and even paid attention to small details like dusting the picture frames and wiping down the baseboards. The bathrooms were particularly well-cleaned and smelled fresh and clean afterward. Overall, I would highly recommend JAC Cleaners to anyone in need of residential cleaning services.

Brought these guys on to help my father stay up on his place end of winter. They were great never seen my father floor hard wood and carpet so clean and in top notch shape!

it was one of the most uncomfortable experience I ever had. it was not a good experience, there was 2 ladies who came in my house. the young lady walk in my closet after the service she had removed all of the new jewelry on where I left it. She put it in a higher place and after that I found out that there was a piece of jewelry that has been stolen from me. They didn't even finished the job, they processed a refund and that is right but it was a big loss for me, because they stole my jewelry.

The ladies do a very good job. They arrive on time and seem very industrious in getting the house cleaned.

Poor cleaning! The bedroom was still dusty did not vacuum because their vacuum broke… they could not vacuum living room either. I paid for a deep cleaning which I did not receive. They did not do what I was told they would.

Was given a price with number of hours to be done in. Credit card payment up front. Workers showed up 20 minutes late. Finished half hour early. Did an adequate cleaning job, but I had to go over some things like getting a sticker off the refrigerator, cleaning a seam in the bathroom, and re-doing windows. I felt if they had put in the time I was charged for, maybe these would not have had to be re-done/finished by me. I contacted the company and they did issue me a 13% refund.

The girls worked very hard to get my home cleaned after a very messy waterproofing job i had done, with cement dust everywhere. I would definitely recommend them .

Adequate, but not exceptional. job. I was quoted price for 2 people for 4 hours. They arrived late, and only worked for 3 hours. I had to clean some areas they were supposed to have done after they left. I was unable to be present at the cleaning.

Jasmine and Sierra did a great job. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the girls did a great job. They were professional and polite. I would hire them again.

We hired JAC cleaners to complete a whole house cleaning on a vacant rental property for an estimate of $300. When they arrived at the house and reviewed the property Richard called me and said it would take two cleaning sessions to complete for a total of $600 which I agreed to as the house was pretty dirty. 2 cleaners spent 5 hours (10 hours total) on the first cleaning session. I made several attempts to schedule the second cleaning and Richard was unresponsive for a week. When I finally connected with Richard he told me it was going to be an additional $1,000 to clean the house for a total of $1,300. We had already agreed on $600 after his team had an opportunity to review the entire house. When I asked what was completed during the first session he told me that 1.5 bedrooms were cleaned which was shocking that two cleaners spent 10 hours cleaning an empty bedroom. I decided to not pursue additional services with JAC and expressed my dissatisfaction with services rendered. In response Richard issued a $50 refund. Had I known that I was paying $300 to have one empty bedroom cleaned and the estimate would be more than doubled after a careful review of the home I would not have hired them. Richard will likely respond to this review in an attempt to discredit me as a property owner as he insulted me on a couple of occasions during our interactions. He insinuated that I was a slum lord due to the cleanliness of my prior tenant. I have built strong relationships with many Angi List contractors giving them repeat business over the last 20 years of property ownership.
