First time using this company. Devin did a fantastic job. Very thorough and got the job done efficiently and fast too. Will definitely use again! I recommend.

I had screwed up and was expecting December & Destiny tomorrow. They were great at helping me regroup on the fly and helped with gathering up Christmas decorations and transporting already boxed decorations to the storage room downstairs as well as to the attic.

The ladies did an awesome job, dust was gone and floors vacuumed and washed.

Very bad experience first cleaning. They worked to make it right, so I am leaving a 4-star review instead.

It was great! Ashley and Candace were the best. They arrived early and were very organized. Started in one end of the house and worked their way to the living room and out the door. They did a great job! I am looking forward to my next scheduled appointment.

I love how efficient, organized and professional Destiny is…this is my second clean with her.

Service and level of cleaning was above and beyond. The service rep had to reschedule her day to return later to finish due to water issues at my condo. She did so with professionalism and class. Highly recommended!

Destiny was absolutely amazing. Her thorough cleaning was so impressive and I am beyond grateful, I feel like my overall apartment is brand new. With a 70lb golden retriever who sheds like crazy, I never thought I’d see my carpet and hardwood looking like it does after Destiny came through. Will definitely be requesting her services again.

Jennifer and Anna did a great job cleaning our large , 4 level home. The house looks and smells wonderful…. And Jennifer found my iPhone which was missing for 2 days. So relieved! I have the best cleaning team ever at JAC’s!

Cleaning performed was done well although some areas were missed.

Destiny and December cleaned my house and did an excellent job. The place never looked better

Disappointed. I paid for a deep clean and they only completed the kitchen half bath and living room. And small sitting room. They never made it to my upstairs bedroom or 2 bathrooms upstairs. I was told it was a 4 hour cap. And cleaner told me she spent 3 and a half on kitchen. But there were 2 workers! And I never knew about 4 hour cap. They knew how many bedrooms and bathrooms I had. Not worth the 300 plus I paid. Even if it was a special. And there were areas still missed that weren't cleaned. The cleaner told me she even asked owner if they could stay and was told no. Again. Not satisfied.

Milla and Denise do a great job of cleaning our home. They work hard and ask for feedback during the process.

6 out of 5 stars! We had a great experience with Ashley and Brooke from JAC House Cleaners for our move-out clean in June 2024. They both did an excellent job and really cleaned everything well (including inside cabinets, inside ovens, microwaves) in addition to the whole apartment! And JAC House Cleaners has a really great automated text messaging operation that keeps you updated in real-time about your clean! I highly recommend Ashley and Brooke and JAC House Cleaners for your cleaning needs, and I have already booked them again for a recurring clean.

The ladies did a fabulous job today. The worked well together and when they left house smelled clean and everything sparkled.

Overall, I was not satisfied with my service. The girls that came to clean the house were kind. The items that they did clean, they did a pretty good job cleaning. However, a lot of things were missed--especially considering this was supposed to be a "deep cleaning." My bedroom shelves, kitchen shelves, and other items weren't dusted. Several places that were dusted you could tell they didn't pick anything up and dust it (such as a book or jar) or under it. Door knobs, light switches, etc. were not cleaned. There were cobwebs around my home still. The floors were subpar. The bottom of the toilet was not clean nor was it mopped up to the toilet, or if it was there was remnants of the mop all around it. This is maybe half of what was missed. However, they did a wonderful job cleaning the appliances, especially inside the fridge. I had spoken with the individual who schedules things and had requested a time slot where the girls could stay longer if that was needed to get the deep cleaning accomplished. When I mentioned this, no short of three times, to the girls they ignored my concerns and still left after four hours. When I notified the manger (I'm assuming) of my concerns we tried to connect over the phone and I missed his/her call a couple of times but always called back within a few minutes. I also called on my own accord several times. One time someone answered and hung up after 30 seconds. We were never able to connect and therefore my concerns never addressed. In the end, I called another company and they came to finish the job and correct what was missed.

We had a deep clean to help get house ready for sale. They went above and beyond to clean. Nicole and Juliane was coureous and efficient. I would use them again if we weren't moving!

Hi there! Mom of 3! I have a set of twins and an 8-year-old and more often than not I get overwhelmed and the work around the house piles up! And I've learned that when hiring a cleaner your hope is that the cleaner love what they do, and Julie fits that description. She went above and beyond the call of duty and she too is a mom of multiples, so we were able to bond on another level. Her and Erica was on time very personable, and Richard is another who understands what excellent customer all is about, he answered me every time I called and love the responsiveness, he truly took care of me and made sure that all of my needs were met, pricing was reasonable and affordable for deep cleaning I was impressed and yes, I will be booking again through JAC cleaners. I thank you team for helping me get my home and peace back and now life for me is back on track! Special Thanks to you, Julie and Richard.

Everything went very well with my clean with JAC CLEANING CO. They were efficient, professional, dedicated, organized and detailed oriented. My home was just the way I liked it, cleaned very well.
