Description of Work: Excellent customer service. Found carpeting in our price range. Installation was prompt and courteous and the installers were fast and did a quick and efficient job. Removed existing carpeting and installed over 1200 sq. ft. of carpeting on first and second floor and also covered the stairway' Would use these people again.

Description of Work: I was shopping for hardwood flooring for several areas (about 820 sqft) of my home. After a couple of no-shows from other providers, I went in to Fredericks. They had a huge selection of options and were very knowledgeable and professional. The eventual quote ended up being less than I originally budgeted which allowed me to do an additional large area in a good quality engineered hardwood. The installers arrived on time and finished in 3 days (ahead of schedule). It was one of the easiest buying, contracting experiences. From the point of sale to the installation everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I probably could have continued shopping and perhaps saved some money but the service that Frederick's provides is un-matchable. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Description of Work: Sales staff was very willing to work with us to find a suitable product within our budget. Another carpet dealer had been unwilling to do that. Installation was professional, timely and beautiful. It was well worth the drive to their location.

Answered questions about weight and wear of various carpets. Installation looks perfect. The bedroom carpet was very large, and heavy. One of the installers had a difficult time carrying it up the stairs. It made me feel a little uncomfortable. However, the job looks wonderful.

Description of Work: Mike Lasch the cleaning specialist, telephoned my home 30 minutes before the appointed meeting to verify he was on the way. Mike was very punctual for the appointment arriving 15 minutes early. He measured the living room, dining room and master bedroom and gave me two prices. The lower price did not include adding scotchguard. I chose the higher price and decided I wanted to scotchguard the carpet. I have a cat, who has hairball accidents and I felt it was good to add it. Mike did a high quality job. Fredericks does not use your kitchen faucet for a hookup for water. They have the water in their vehicle. The carpeting was not soaked through, but slightly damp. Mike told me leave on the fans and air conditioner during the remainer of the day. I did so and by the next morning, all the carpeting was completely dry. Thank you Mike especially trying to help get my cat out from under the couch. Very high professionalism and I would recommend Frederiks to anyone.
