He arrived promptly both times, introduced himself and got to work immediately. He resolve both issues quickly. The cost was fair for the work done.

Left a voicemail for Toby after hours regarding a broken fridge/freezer. Toby called back first thing in the morning and came out promptly. After determining the issue, he returned the next afternoon for the repair. We were so pleased that we had him fix a minor issue with our dryer as week. Would highly recommend.

Great. Toby was very busy and could not schedule us for a few days, but was punctual, to the minute, for the scheduled time.

We had a problem with our dishwasher and called Toby to troubleshoot. He arrived early, diagnosed the problem quickly and determined that the repair would cost almost as much as a new dishwasher.

Toby's Appliance arrived at the scheduled time, repaired the appliances quickly and charged a fair price. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. If ever needed again in the future, I would definately call him.

He replaced a heating element and cleaned out inside the dryer (where I don't have access). Rewarded me with a pile of change that had escaped from some neglected pockets. After 3 days of trying to dry my clothes and everything else in the housework duties backed up because of it , it was such a relief to have it fixed. I have belonged to Angie's list for quite awhile but this is the first time I really used it. This experience has encouraged me to use it again with confidence and therefore tend to other pressing maintenance projects.

Called me while enroute and was very prompt. He was very polite, friendly and extremely competent. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I purchased a small under the counter Sanyo refridgerator that just went out of warranty and wanted to get it fixed as opposed to buyting a new one. I asked around and what many said was the it is either the compressor or the overload switch. I was going to buy the switch and put it in myself but no local parts place had the one. Sanyo had it on back order. The local parts supplier recommended Toby's Appliance as he may have the part. I called and spoke with the scheduler and Toby came out the next day at the time he said. I showed him where the unit was at and hoped it would be the switch and not the compressor. He said he had a swicth to try and went out to the truck returning with the part. While he was putting it in I had to take a phone call and when I hung up he turned and said I was good to go. He saved my SuperBowl party. I use the unot as a convertered Kegerator and it has been a week plus now and the beer is cold and the unit is running great.

Nothing but good experiences to report. Toby repaired our clothes dryer a couple years ago and did a great job then. This time our clothes washer was not agitating properly and our frig was not cooling properly. He came out and knew what the problems were immediately. He had them both fixed lickety-split and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely call him again if needed in the future.

Toby was great. He was exactly on time both times he came to our house. On the first visit he correctly diagnosed the problem with our oven (it needed a new control panel). This was after a repairman we found in the phone book said our oven could not be fixed without considerable money spent and possibly destroying the face of the control panel. Toby came back out with the correct part and fixed the oven (in under 20 minutes) and did not ruin anything on the control panel. The oven works as good as new again now.

My dish washer just needed to be cleaned. My experience with them was very good. The guy who came out was really nice, polite and friendly. His professionalism was great as well. He came on time and he was clean. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I was very pleased at Toby's response and the work he did. We asked him to look at our ice maker while he was repairing the refrigerator. He identified the problem, gave us an estimate and we decided not to repair it and he was OK with that. Very helpful. We will call him for any appliance repair.

Did a really nice job - and stuck with it when the initial diagnosis didn't fix the issue. Very happy to recommend the service, totally happy with the service.

The serviceman was very pleasant young man. He did the necessary things that had to be done to assess what was wrong with the dishwasher. He explained everything to me that was going wrong with the dishwasher. He cleaned up after himself.
