I had a good experience with these people. The only drawback was it was hard to get them to answer the phone, but once I did the service was excellent.

After I purchased the deal, a staff member called me and answered my questions about what they could do. I dropped the hard drive off on a Friday morning and they called the next day saying the work was done. I received a comprehensive overview of the work done and what it would have cost had I not purchased the Big Deal. They were polite, professional, and very responsive.

This is a very good place to get computer repaired. Reasonable priced. Very polite staff and helpful. They were great.

I had trouble reaching them on the phone - finally, after many calls, I reached them. When I did speak with someone, he was pleasant enough, but I learned that I had to take my computer there. I would have had to leave it for them to work on and I couldn’t do that because I use the computer for work. I ended up not having the work done.

I dropped my computer off after assessing the problem they told me they would appease me of the issues. They called me and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. They fixed it in one day.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for RedCat PC. It worked out fine. I really like the fact that it was a quick turn around. I ended up having to pay more because I had some wiring tubes that they had to clean out. I would recommend them because a quick turn around is important when you're turning over your computer to somebody. The only thing I would have liked is if they would have cleaned the computer off because the tech left some smudges.

Computer problems of starting slow; sluggish when working in applications; screen freezing; programs shutting down unexpectedly; and then, my computer would only start in "Safe Mode" (firewall failure, no internet, no access to programs in computer and all security features disabled). I called RedCat PC and reported the issues I was having with my computer. Dropped my computer off late in the afternoon and received a call from Mike Nagy the next day stating my computer was repaired. RedCat PC spent several hours working on my computer to get it in tip-top shape. It runs smoothly and performs like new. I was impressed by their professionalism and prompt service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend RedCat PC! I plan to use them in the future for routine Tune-Ups.

He just told me how to fix it over phone so I didn't have to pay for anything! I've called them 5 or 6 times & they've been able to help this way. A couple times though, he's come out to fix the issue with no problem.

I called Anthony, he told me he would be at our office at 10:30 am. He was early, looked it over and determined he had to take it with him,. He called me at 5:00 pm and said it would be ready by 11:00 am the next day and it was.

PC needed checked and serviced. They found some viruses and removed them and put a different security software on the pc. They were quick, 2 days and I have the pc back.

The service tech was clear & helpful. Targeted the issue right away. Was able to repair in 1/2 hour. Didn't want to charge me full price as it went so quickly but I insisted. he spent time coaching me to solve future problems myself. The price was so reasonable compared to big boxstores!

My PC lost/corrupted a video driver. Since this occurred on Thanksgiving finding a shop open on black Friday was difficult. After trying several other providers, I tried RedCat PC. They accepted the unit, located & installed the driver and had the PC finished in less than 2 hours. The cost was very reasonable.

I took PC that had stopped working due to extreme malware & virus problems to RedCat PC. Owner went over services and kept me informed when a simple virus removal process was not enough. They were fair, professional, and got the job done in 3 days. Very pleased with my experience with this company. It was reassuring to see they were already reviewed favorably on Angie's List!

Dell could not fix computer (Dell Computer) or printer but REDCAT fixed both and cleaned it of, junk hardware etc.
