Anthony was very informative explaining the remove computer. Called the next day to see how everything was working. He came over to help me to set w/my wifi. Said I can call any time if I need assistance. I have already recommended him to a few people and will continue to do so. He is very trustworthy.

Service was immediate and effective. They rescued 15+ years of genealogical data.

Anthony attempted to help me over the phone but every suggestion failed, so we scheduled the appointment for the next business day. Rob was punctual and efficient. He had not encountered this problem before but solved it quickly (without making me feel like an idiot). While onsite he also did some quick maintenance, removing unwanted cookies, etc. Am now back to usual functionality. Another positive experience.

We made the call on 2 November 2016 asking for their assistance regarding replacing our printer. Mike did some research and Anthony called later that day with their recommendation. We agreed and he said they would arrive at our home between 2:30 and 3:00pm the next day. Anthony called at about 12:00 on the 3rd asking if RedCat could come early. Rod arrived about 12:30pm, installed the new printer, and finished about an hour later. He was very personable and efficient while installing the new device. He also took away the old printer so we would not have to dispose of it. The new printer seems to be an excellent choice (we're still learning as it is a bit different from what we had). Another very positive experience with RedCat!

I have used this company before. I brought my PC and printer to them on a Tuesday a ? it was ready by 4:00 pm Wednesday.

It went great. I took my desktop PC to Redcat on 29 March about 9:45 am. My PC was ready the next morning when I called. Anthony reported that there were no problems with the PC and that the installation of both software packages was easy. After I brought my PC home and had a question about Windows 10, Anthony assisted me by phone on 30 March so I could locate, and import, the favorites I had on Windows 8--it was business as usual shortly thereafter. The service was excellent.

Professional & competent but not always in store during posted open hars, Took 3 tries to drop off mac a 2 tries to pick up, call ahead before visiting or have them come to ya.

Excellent. He ws very successful and did a GREAT job. He also performed other services without charging me. I lost my sound system with the changeover and he got my sound back. He takes his time with cusstomers and truely cares. He is an expert. He is my computer repair company from now on. He is professional.

Anthony was able to reload Windows and thoroughly explain what had happened and what had been done. This is the 4th time that we had used Redcat pc for service and to purchase compputers. They are quick, friendly and excellent prices.

Anthony could not have been nicer or more helpful. He did everything I hoped for quickly and efficiently and explained everything as he went along. I am a 70ish senior, not tech skilled, and he was patient and understanding and clear.

we tried to schedule using the online feature, but they never responded beyond the first request - so we just dropped it off at their office. The person who my husband spoke with when he dropped off the machine was rude and not helpful. He essentially said - you might have a virus and I'm not going to do more than one hour of work on this machine without charging you more...which was not a problem since that's what the deal stated - but he didn't' need to be a jerk about it. They did the tune up as paid for in the deal and were done on time. The technician that helped my husband when he picked up the machine was polite, but we won't use this company's services again.

We had someone call us and said our pc was infected and proceed to "show" us how we had other IP address attached to our pc and all the updates that were not being updated, etc. By the time they were done we couldn't get on the internet. We dropped off the pc to RedCatPC the next day they had the pc fixed and returned to us. It has been doing great ever since. They were quick to return the pc back to us.

I called on Monday morning as I could not access internet on my pc and nothing I tried worked. Zip tech was worthless. Got RedCat number from Angies List and called first thing Monday morning as I need internet To do paperwork for employer. He fit me in, was very helpful and problem solved by noon the same day. Will definitely call Anthony if any other problems arise. In addition, he offered advise to prevent problems in the future. Was easy going, but professional, good experience.

My husband dropped off my HP 17" lap top as battery and connection to power cord would not stay charged. Red Cat replaced the connection, assessed the problem quickly and picked up the lap top the next day.

Dropped the PC off in the afternoon. Got a call with the diagnosis and cost to repair. After giving the go ahead, I was told I could pick the repaired PC up before closing the same day I dropped it off.

Being concerned about Windows XP issue, we used Angie's List to find a local business--prefer them to impersonal chains-- to upgrade us to a new desktop PC. We had driven past RedCat PC many times, and knew that they were only a few miles from our home, and the reviews were all positive. On April 10 we stopped in, were impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of Anthony and Mike, the price was right. Less than 24 hours later Anthony came to our home and copied the files on our current PC. He then called later to obtain some info for creating an Outlook account. Installation was on time on Tuesday, April 15. Anthony installed the new equipment, made certain everything worked properly, took time to explain some changes from Windows XP to Windows 8, and made certain our questions were answered. When he was ready to leave, he took an old desktop PC for recycling. As he left, he stressed, again, that we can call him anytime if we need assistance. Anthony was most professional, efficient, friendly, social, courteous, and knowledgeable. Mike was most helpful at the store making certain the PC would fit what we needed.
