+ -1 moreMy present desktop is 7 years old. The company owner and IT person arrived with smiles and introduced themselves before entering the house. The IT person explained each thing that he tried. They offered to buy the card and return to put it in to try and resolve the problem. The other option was for a new desktop and the things that I would need to use the computer. They then offered to put the fee towards the installation of a new computer as I am retired.
Description of Work: RedCat PC evaluated the computer problem of not having internet. They attempted several plans and repairs; none of which resolved the problem. I was presented with a couple of options such as a new wireless card or putting the day’s fee towards the installation of a new computer.

Description of Work: We had a major virus infect our laptop. The RedCat personnel, immediately recognized the nature of our virus and got rid of it. They also cleared out other potential problems and assisted us in installing a security program.

There was a main technician and a boss and they were both professional. They weren’t in a big hurry, they answered all of my questions, and they did the work they were supposed to do.
Description of Work: RedCat PC fixed my computer. They did quite a few things; they got my printer working, they sped up my computer, and they did a little cleaning as well.

Description of Work: I contacted RedCat PC because I had a computer virus and there was a Big Deal for virus removal services. Anthony came out within a few days for the appointment . He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful and was willing to answer all my questions and offer advice. He brought his own equipment and a portable printer and ran some software on my computer to find the virus and he was able to get rid of it. He knew exactly what he was doing and it has been several months since the virus removal and my computer is still working great!

Description of Work: My computer was very slow and unresponsive. I called RedCat in for a free analysis. They immediately found a bunch of viruses and malware. They removed the problems within a hour. They also tuned up my machine. They wre upfront above the pricing. They were on time and respectful of my house. Very professional. I will use them again and I recommend them to all.
