Description of Work: I plan on using them again. They came in to do a post-remodel cleaning to my carpet. I was very pleased with the results. Great job!

Description of Work: Cleaned living room, hallway, bedroom and couch. Also did Scotchgard in living room, hallway and couch. It went very well!

Description of Work: Cleaned three rooms of carpet. They advertised Rotovac which he started in one room then his equipment broke do an already electrical taped connection on the unit. He had to finish with regular wand cleaning. The other unit they had was in use somewhere else and said he couldn't finish with the method of cleaning I thought I'd get. I did schedule well in advance. They did adjust to the rate for wand cleaning but if I wanted that I would have used someone else I had used previously. The gentleman they sent was very pleasant and did a good job with he had, but I used them to have a rotovac clean due to many pets in our house and felt they could not provide what they offered. I felt could have made more of an effort to clean with the method I preferred by having someone repair the broken electrical connection or offering to do it later in the day with the other unit. Also thought I discussed adding a deodorizer to the cleaner when I scheduled the work and he ended up just spraying a deodorizer afterwards.
