Great service but old carpet didn’t clean as well as I’d hoped.

In the initial call, the different kinds of processes they could use were explained thoroughly to me, as was the cost for each. Before they even arrived, I knew exactly how much it would cost. Ryan and his crew showed up on time, got right to work and were done quickly. They did an excellent job. I had a mystery stain that they worked **** **. Ryan said that if the stain came back, so would they. They were a little more than another quote I got, but worth it in every way.

Ryan's crew arrived promptly at the time agreed upon. Within 20 minutes of reviewing the space & setting up, they were hard at work. I chose to go with the rotary cleaning process because I had some pet stains & it had been a while since I had the carpets cleaned. It cost a little more than the typical process but was worth every penny. As an added bonus, they promise to remove 95% of the water left in the carpet - meaning there isn't a significant wait time before I could use the room again. I'd definitely hire this company again.

Ryan and his brother were awesome. My basement flooded on Monday. I started drying it out and had to rip the carpet up and remove the padding. My wife was having a baby shower on Saturday and I had to have the basement put back together by then. I called MW on Wednesday and explained the situation I was in and Ryan helped me out big time. He took the job on short notice and worked late on Friday evening to ensure my basement was ready. Ryan and his brother were on time, professional, and efficient. He even did the stairs for me which I had not mentioned when he accepted the job. Great company and will certainly do business with again.

I was impressed how I was kept in the loop as to the time they would be here. They were prompt, friendly, made helpful suggestions, moved more furniture than was not in our "deal". Looks beautiful! He arrived on time and got right to work. He took extra time on a stain we had. I would highly recommend him. He even moped the hall floor on his way out.
