The Shambaugh workers were very professional, they were polite, they arrived on time, they cleaned in a timely manner, and left me with a gift bag of spot cleaner, booties, and cleaning literature (how to get all kinds of stains out of carpets).
Description of Work: Cleaned two rooms and one hallway of beige carpet. The carpet was very dirty (I have a dog). The carpet looked great when they were done, dirt gone, stains gone, and the high traffic areas were no longer flattened.

They are probably the best in this area. They are perfect and do everything. When our basement was flooded, they dried the place out. We had dampness in the basement due to the melted snow so I had them come in but they said, we can use fire or fan because it was not that damp. They didn't take advantage of the situation.

I called on Wednesday morning and they were able to fit us in in the early afternoon. They left the drying equipment in place until Friday afternoon, by which time the carpet was dry. Then they removed the dryers and cleaned the carpet to eliminate stains and smells. They also recommended that we consult a plumber to identify the source of the water leak and fix it.
