Description of Work: My hard drive was burned out. A new hard drive installed. I was told that data was recovered and even confirmed a couple of files were mine. After several calls and no response I was told data could not be recovered. At one point I was shown files which he said were mine and they belonged to someone else. |I fear that he gave someone else my files which had very personal info that would be devastating in the wrong hands.

Description of Work: Experienced problems with my computer and was unable to correct them. When I called he listened to me and then told me to try a few things and if they didn't work, call him back and he would come to the house. His suggestions corrected the problem. After that experience I would trust him to only do what was necessary to fix a problem and charge accordingly because he could have come to my house and fixed my problem and charged me for it but he didn't.
