Took my computer to their location and within 2 hour he had it fixed. Great service!

He was very nice, professional and very fast. I cannot tell you how comfortable and happy I feel now having Scott to call when I have problems with my computer in the future. He was recommended by Angie's list to me. All I can say is thank you Angie and thank you Scott for your help and patience. He did his magic and my new computer is working wonderfully! He tried to clean up my computer and ended up not being very successful. I think he cleaned up the virus a little bit, but it ended up coming back. He advised that I needed additional memory and I purchased it from him. My computer still had issues and was still slow. I returned the memory but there was delays in getting my refund. I ended up having to replace the computer.

He showed up and he was a very nice guy. He is down the street from me. I know him so I trust him in my house. That is a big thing about a lot of things. I'm an older person and I'm by myself so I don't really like leaving strangers in my house. You just don't know anymore. He was very fair on the price. He would sometimes help just over the phone if you are a customer.

I bought this deal but didn't use it before the expiration date. My fault. I don't remember the date so made it up. You made me answer the grade (A) but I made that up too since I didn't use the

He is fabulous. All the work was done over the phone, I had purchased a big deal coupon, which I didn't use until a year and half later, but he honored the coupon. He is very friendly, easy to work with, he knows what he is doing, and whenever I have a computer problem, I call him. He is very good.

Everything went just as he said, everything is fixed and back up and running. Very affordable too.

Was attacked by 'FBI' virus that locked up my computer. Found Scott on Angie's List, started working remotely as soon as I called him and had everything cleaned up by the next morning. Suggested a better (free) virus protection service and installed some additional layers of (free) protection. I was expecting the whole thing to be a pain and it turned out to be a breeze. He's definitely on my favorite list.

My experience with SJ Services was very good. This service was provided to me over the phone while sitting in front of my computer. The SJ Service technician was knowledgeable and patient. My computer has been working better and faster ever since.

Great. Easy to work with. Honest and professional.

I was in Windows Add/Remove Software to remove some suspicious software that appeared on my PC under the folder Xvid. I saw another folder I did not recognize and removed that as well. Dumb move: that was the drivers for my PC sound system. I called Scott who has rescued me many times in the past (my PC is now 12 years old). He got the situation right away and said he could fix it. I left the PC on and went to run errands and do grocery shopping. Scott accessed my computer from his home and worked on the problem. When I got home everything was fixed. I called Scott because the remote session was closed because I was gone three hours.He mentioned that he did a couple upgrades to software for no charge.

I decided to take the PC to them for them to work on it. After a few days I picked it up and it initially performed ok. Then it started to freeze up. I explained the problem to them and they came into my PC remotely and found another issue. It has been running perfectly ever since. Excellent service and responsiveness. They know what to do.

Outstanding experience with SJ.....will certainly use again.

I had contacted Scott previously about a good used computer since he refurbishes computers and sells them at a discount. He gave me an estimate of repairs and advised that I'd be better off buying a new computer. For that reason, I felt completely comfortable going to him for hard drive data retrieval service.

I am glad that I found out that I had no antivirus running on my computer. I did not feel too much customer service to be involved.

I called to make an online appointment, which was done that same day. He then remotely scanned my system, removing several viruses. When he was finished with that, he spent a lot of time finding and fixing a problem that was causing my system to lock up when trying to open zip files. All of this was done remotely, with us able to communicate via the computer all of that time. The whole experience was done professionally, and conveniently as I was able to dialog with him over the computer as the work progressed. I was very impressed and would recommend him to anyone, and will undoubtedly use his services again at some time in the future.

They did a good job. He cleaned up a lot of stuff on the computer and found some bad things that were on there. He was pretty quick at responding. He actually did it online, so I didn't have to take the computer anywhere. I called him up and he said, "OK. We're going to do it now." His responsiveness was excellent.

Either Scott will pick up computer or you can drop it off at his workshop, which I did. He gave me an estimate of $150. He called within two days and I picked it up and the charge was $150. He is very personable and this is the second time I used his service. Cost is reasonable and he does the repair quickly, as promised.

I had to call him several times to get him to come over. He came over and did the same thing that I was doing. He told me to scan all of my files. I have a lot of files. I called him and told him that I had scanned the files and their was no virus. He called back the next day and told me to call HP and have them walk me through the problem. We did not solve the problem. Scott has never contact me to finish up the job. I have not paid him and I am not going to pay him. One of the times I call him he told me he had forgotten all about me. He is handling so many jobs that people are slipping through the cracks.

Very smooth. Business located on my side of town. I was able to drop off and pick up my computer, which eliminated the extra cost of a house call. Work was completed within 24 hours. Owner prompt about returning calls (always within one business day). I'm still evaluating the complete result, but so far my computer runs better.

I cannot say enough about Scott at SJ SERVICES. I will continue to use him & referred him to all my clients. He is on the spot, immediate service & has the knowledge to troubleshoot & fix any problem that arrises. His cost was well worth & very affordable. I am very very satisfied. As all us business owners well know, I myself cannot run my business without my computer. To have someone to call practically 24 hrs a day! A blessing!!!!!! Thank you Scott!

Scott returned my call quickly and professionally. He was prompt and on time for the sevice calls. He needed to return to reinstall because the original modem I puchased was faulty. Scott also was available to call for some last minute advice. Over all this was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend his company to anyone.

I find it a bit unusual that someone in the computer business does not reply to email, especially when the email address is provided as a means of contact for Angie's List members to use. I hate giving poor ratings, but the fact I received no response to my initial attempts at contact leaves me no choice.

SCOTT ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS EFFICIENT WITH HIS TIME. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND OFFERED ADVICE AND CONSULT. HE ALSO DID A LITTLE RESEARCH AT MY HUSBAND'S REQUEST (AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE) FOR SOME COMPUTER-RELATED QUESTIONS HE HAD.

SCOTT RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALL THE SAME DAY, AND ARRANGED TO COME THE NEXT DAY. I BRIEFLY DESCRIBED WHAT I WANTED, AND HE SOUNDED LIKE HE COULD PROVIDE BOTH THE NETWORK AND FIX MY LAPTOP SO THAT IT WOULD RECEIVE WIFI. SCOTT ARRIVED ON TIME, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS ABLE TO SELL ME A USED WIRELESS ROUTER, THUS SAVING ME $30 TO $50. HE GOT MY LAPTOP TO RECEIVE WIFI WITH NO DIFFICULTY. IN ADDITION TO PERFORMING THE REQUESTED TASKS, HE ALSO INSTALLED A FREE ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM AND CLEANED UP MY DISC FILES. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH HIS COMPETENCY. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.
