Description of Work: Did not keep his word on dates we agreed to do work at my house. He was going to replace a laundry tub. The last date we talked about was 4/19/12 and he never called or showed to do the work.

Description of Work: Jim tore out a ceiling that was badly stained in an added on room in the house. There was another ceiling underneath it so it turned out to be much more work than anticipated. He got it all cleaned out, drywalled and plastered and it looks wonderful! He also painted a spare bedroom - ceiling, woodwork and walls - and did a beautiful job on that as well. I would use him again anytime and have, in fact, already recommended him.
