Description of Work: When ever we need work done we call Jim. This time we needed a bathroom completely gutted and re done and a closet turned into a pantry. As usual Jim's work was beyond comparison and we couldn't be happier. While preparing to move into the home we found other things we needed Jim to take care of such as putting tile flooring in the front entrance, installing molding and a few other odds and ends. He willingly took care of everything we needed done to perfection. We can't praise him enough, he's meticulous in everything he does, His cost is reasonable, and he'll go out of his way to take care of what ever you need done even if it means extending his work day.

Description of Work: Kitchen. Demolition of pantry, Pulled back soffits and some soffit removal. Installation of custom cabinets (material not supplied by JMAC) and installation of under cabinet lighting (material not supplied by JMAC), hookup of sink and dishwasher. I felt the project dragged on too long. JMAC subcontracted the cabinet installation and that seemed to cause delay. Crown molding joints poorly mitered, end wall not square, light switch installed upside down. Plumbing hookups and electrical were good. My overall experience was average C rating.

WHEN I TALKED TO THEM OVER THE PHONE TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT, THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING, ENTHUSIASTIC, & POLITE. HE WAS SCHEDULED TO BE OUT TODAY BETWEEN 12-1 & HAS NOT CALLED OR SHOWN UP. I CALLED, GOT NO ANSWER, & CAN'T WAIT AROUND FOR HIM TO SHOW UP. IF HE WERE TO REDEEM HIMSELF SOMEHOW, I MIGHT CONSIDER HIRING HIM IN THE FUTURE.

JMAC WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. ANY CHANGE I REQUESTED THEY WERE WILLING TO DO. THEY CLEANED UP EACH DAY AND SINCE WE ONLY HAVE ONE TUB THEY DID THIS INSTALLATION FIRST AND QUICKLY FOR US.

THERE WAS SOME DELAY IN STARTING. BUT EVERY THING WORKED OUT SATISFACTORY. HE STAYED ON THE PROJECT UNTIL IT WAS COMPLETED. I AM VERY SATISFIED.
