Our driveway was very sunken due to settling of the sewer line running beneath it. Chris provided an estimate that was less than the other 2 estimates I received. He came out several weeks later to do the job, arriving exactly on time as promised. He explained every detail of the process, from drilling of the holes to the filling under the slabs, to grinding the rough edges to smooth them where the concrete had cracked from the settling. He was here less than 2 hours and was very meticulous about cleaning up. The job did cost more than the estimate because I told him that if he needed to do additional work to make the leveling even better that he should. He raised two additional slabs and added only $75 to the bill. It looks great. The holes that were drilled are barely visible. Getting the driveway repaired in this manner will buy us a few more years before we have to replace the entire driveway. This was money well spent!!

I got 3 estimates to do this job and Atlas Concrete leveling was not only the best but also most detailed in explaining the job process. In addition Atlas uses material mixed with cement for leveling which was a big factor in my decision to use them. We set a date to do the job but some how the line of communication got mis-understood by both sides. However, Chris made it right my re-scheduling me a couple of day later. He came and set up his equipment. Drilled holes in the drive way and side walk for leveling. Before long the job was done.

They came out at around 9 AM to level the patio and were done by 10:30 AM. They cleaned up what ever debris that was there and explained the care of the patio concrete so that it might not happen again. They were very friendly and professional.

I had the company come out and lift several places around my house. The driveway, entry and back steps needed some help. They came out and were very courteous. I would definitely use them again if I needed their help.

Chris came out in October 2007 to provide an estimate for leveling the concrete slab in our garage. Chris was prompt, professional and more than willing to answer all the questions that we had.

The job went very well.

Called three companies for estimates, Atlas addressed concerns that the other two did not. The Atlas quote was not the lowest, but the attention to specific electrical, telephone and steps was addressed (the other two did not mention these as issues). Atlas did not offer a discount (the other two did). I considered the VALUE of the work to be performed and not the best price! We selected Atlas and they did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! The truck was very clean, they were considerate of our home and landscaping, they worked quickly and efficiently, mindful of dust and byproducts of the process. They asked us to watch the process and was very open about what they were doing and how they were doing it and explained each step to us. Once they were finished, the pressure washed WAY more then they should have. When they saw other potential issues, they pointed them out and did not pressure us to fix them (some they just fixed). I cannot say enough good about them! Buy with confidence!

Chris came first to level the sidewalk around our garage. It is 56 yrs. old and was leaning toward the garage and letting water seep into the garage. We were so pleased with the quality of work that we had him come back and level our front porch. This was also done well. We then had his asst., Estaban, caulk all the seams. We did have some trouble reaching Estaban, but he did finally show up and did a fine job.

We met a salesman at a home improvement show at the IX Center. It took nearly a month to get an estimate. We never received a follow up phone call or even a notice that someone would be coming out or when. We actually had forgotten that we requested Atlas to come out, until we found the estimate on our door. They are in line with other estimates we received, but we will probably choose another company simply based on their slow response time.

They did a good job; it got done quickly. I couldn't be happier. They came right out and gave an estimate, explained everything to me, and did it right away.

They were on time, efficient, did what he said he would, and did it right. They knew what they were doing. Excellent experience.

Atlas returned my calls, showed up when expected, did nice work, and cleaned up afterwards. Its hard to ask for more!

They were the lowest bid I got and they did a good job. They were willing to do a little extra work that I asked them about, too. I would recommend this company.

WE HAD BEEN CITED BY THE CITY AND THESE GUYS TOOK CARE OF THE JOB IN A HURRY FOR US. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THE PRESSURE WASHER THE GUY WAS USING BROKE, AND HE SAID HE MAY HAVE TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH THE JOB. HE WAS ABLE TO COME BACK THE SAME DAY AND COMPLETE THE JOB IN TIME, HE REALLY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY AND WE WERE REAL HAPPY WITH THEM.
