ATLAS CONCRETE LEVELING

Very happy with the job Chris and his team did in leveling our sidewalk! I initially contacted him many weeks ago and he promptly provided a good quote. I indicated that I'd be making the decision later and that I would reach out. Fast forward several weeks later when I reached out again, he was busy with other jobs and then out of town for a week. Immediately upon returning to the area, he stopped by and indicated he could do the work within the next week. He showed up today, ahead of schedule and completed the work within 45 minutes. He provided clear communications throughout and cleaned the area thoroughly. The sidewalk is level and looks much, much better. Was very happy with the service and recommend him to others.

Perfect. I considered both foam and concrete leveling and chose concrete leveling. I read about the concerns for a) hole size required and b) weight of material. I found that the holes sizes are small for both types of leveling, so that became a non issue. I also researched a lot about the weight issue and found this also to be a non-issue. [ Consider for a moment that your car weighs at least a ton, and likely 1.5 tons. This is the real weight issue, not a few pounds per square foot of viscous concrete filler or foam ] I was also more confident in a method that has been used for dozens of years and has a proven track record. ( Not my number one concern but in the top 5 ) The work was started promptly at 8:30, as promised. All of the work was completed by 11:30, and thats with me asking 3 dozen questions while the two man crew was working. The end result looks terrific, I don't know why I waited so long. Very professional crew, clean truck and equipment. They cleaned everything up after the work was completed. I would recommend them. If you have questions, feel free to contact me, as I did a lot of research and may be able to share some of that information. The price for the work was less than foam, nothing against foam, I just don't see the actual benefit vs the easy flow concrete used.

Despite the rain, which they worked through, the job was completed in a very professional manner. Items were cleared from the work area and replaced at the end of the job. The quality of work was excellent, and I will be happy to recommend them to anyone who might need concrete leveling.

It went ok the first job which was completed in the fall 2014 but I could not get a commit date from this contract after 6weeks since the estimate was written. The individual I dealt with was very polite and professional but terrible with communication. he left me wondering if the job was ever going to get started. I cancelled the reuest for service and sought another company.

The job went well as expected. There are 2 sections that have shifted now but over all it still looks good. In retrospect those 2 sections were sunken pretty good. Overall it still looks much better than it did.

A lesser company would have probably done exactly what we asked (filled in the visible gaps) taken our money and left, knowing that the problem had not been fixed and waiting for us to call back to pay again to get it done right. Chris worked through the entire problem, raised/leveled our entire walkway, filled in under the driveway and provided recommendations to filling in the cracks that had been caused by the walkway sinking. The entire effort took less than 90 minutes. The only reason I gave the price a B was that there were no options for Angie's list discounts/coupons. It's almost standard now. I still paid the full price willingly given the more comprehensive work.

Great service. Showed up on time and leveled my front walkway and back patio. The appearance afterward was much better than I anticipated. He was really good about showing me the process as he went along. He pointed out some issues with standing water under the patio and suggested ways to fix it. He also worked on my neighbor's driveway and front steps. She was very pleased with the work he performed. I would definitely hire him again.

They also leveled our sidewalk to match the driveway. The work was excellent. They workers knew what to do. They left the area very nice and clean. I would tell a friend to use them.

We had one block of the driveway sinking on one side. Chris injected the concrete and stone mix to raise up the sinking end and to raise up the blocks adjacent to the sinking one, making the driveway level. Chris was friendly, professional, and punctual. He was patient when explaining how the work would be done.

Chris arrived on time and was completed when he promised. The work was done exactly as he explained and it looks great. Atlas left the work areas very clean and tidy. I am very pleased.

Its been about five years since Chris leveled our driveway and garage floor. Our home was built in 1968 and the driveway was very uneven. The garage floor was very out of level and this cracked the garage threshold and made the stairs up to our kitchen look like they were hanging 3and quot; off the ground. Chris was very professional and completed the job AS PROMISED and even leveled the sidewalk square next to the driveway to make it just right. he is a stand up guy and did great work that has lasted five years without moving a bit.

I called Chris at Atlas Concrete Leveling about the job we needed done. Chris came out within a few days of my phone call and left me a detailed estimate of what he would do. I signed and sent back his proposal -Chris called and told me that it would be about 3 weeks and it actually was closer to 2 weeks when he did the job. Atlas Concrete Leveling was one of three companies that I got estimates from. They had a Good Price and Good Guarantee . I chose them based on other Angies list reviews and can see why they have an A Rating. I was very happy with the whole process from the beginning to the end.

They were punctual in giving an estimate and price was exactly what the estimate indicated it would be and they did a little extra work. I wasn't considering having the side walk adjacent to the driveway leveled, but they did that too because it was off a little bit, you know for the same price. I would absolutely use them again.

Work was preformed to a very high standard, Chris and his team were pleasant and knowledgeable. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. My only gripe is it took a few weeks to get a quote. (first quote blowing off my front door?) Besides that.... Awesome guys to work with.

Called on Monday morning. They came Monday afternoon and gave an estimate. I called back Tuesday morning to schedule the job and they showed up Tuesday afternoon and completed the job in just a few hours. Very responsive and professional.

Estimate was received within 24 hours. We waited several weeks before selecting Atlas. Once decision was made, the rest was simple. Two-man crew arrived on time, completed work on time and on budget, and most importantly the finished result is high-quality! The best part is the work has a two-year warranty. Chris identified a root cause for the unlevel sidewalk and driveway which we will correct to permit long-lasting results. The gaps and varying levels of the driveway was becoming more than an eyesore as our 2-year old daughter is becoming much more mobile and adventurous. I have a much better sense of empowerment and safety thanks to this project and this necessary maintenance should help delay the much more costly project of redoing the entire driveway.

GREAT! I called Chris at 8:30 in the morning on the very day he did the work. All I wanted at this time was a free estimate to do the work as I was gathering several quotes from other companies. I expected a couple of days turn around for his estimate. He said he was actually going to be in a surrounding neighborhood doing another job and would swing by my house the same day to look at my troubled concrete. Next thing I know, he calls me a few hours later (I'm at work at this time), gives me a great price and says he can do the work whenever I want, including right then! I gave him the go-ahead via phone and by 12:30, he was done with the work. Everything turned out great and as I expected it to be. I even threw my level down to check the slopes later that night and they're spot on. I'm not one to release a contractor to do work so quickly much less never actually meeting him face-to-face but they did a great job and did not disappoint!

They were meticulous, professional, took great care, and explained to me along the way what they were doing. Also cleaned up well after the job was completed and put back everything the way it was. I am thoroughly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Chris gave me a quote in October 2009 and honored it when I had the work done i n July.
