When it became daylight and I could see better what damage the raccoon had done to the roof I became really upset. I checked Angie's List and immediately called ARC Insect and Animal Control. Jon Bartlett returned my call within minutes, an appointment was set and he was on the job 3 hours later. He had a very neat and clean appearance and was very friendly. He introduced himself and explained in a very professional manner what services his company provided. He went over his pricing schedule. I agreed he could go ahead and assess the raccoon situation and report back to me when he was finished. When he came back to me he reported what he discovered and showed me pictures he had taken. Jon answered my questions and gave me some options to consider as to how the problem could be resolved. We decided how to proceed and he set about doing it immediately. At the end of 5 days when it was determined that there were no more raccoons in the attic the traps were removed. Jon explained what was needed to be done to keep the weather out and possibly another raccoon from getting into the attic. He has had a lot of experience with this sort of thing and I agreed to his proposed repairs. Jon returned and, along with Meghan Lockwood, preformed and completed the work. While this was all going on Jon happened to discover that I had carpenter ants and I agreed to his proposal to solve the problem. The raccoon and ant damage was a bad situation and had upset me. Jon and Meghan's professionalism and overall friendly demeanor made the situation much easier for me to handle and put my mind to rest. I highly recommend ARC Insect and Animal Control. They provided excellent advice and skill for a more than fair price. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would call them again for buggy or critter problems without any hesitation and you should, too.

We had a lot of birds nesting behind our decorative shutters on the front of our house. The front of our house is stone and there is a lot of space behind the shutters. I contacted ARC through Angie's List and they got back to me right away and scheduled a time to come see the issue and give an estimate. They charged for the initial visit, but that amount came off of the total paid to have them do the work. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They pointed out a few other places where we may have issues now or in the future (open vents, etc.). We decided to move forward. They removed all of the shutters, cleaned out the nests (as well as a few bats they found), and put a material behind the shutters to prevent the birds from getting back in. We contacted another company to get a second quote and they told us nothing could be done, so we were happy to find ARC! We were happy with the work they did and appreciate how friendly and easy they were to communicate with throughout the process. We would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

ARC, Megan Lockwood caught two of raccoons and patched the eves and repaired the electrical cord for the air conditioner cause the raccoons tore it up. She was a great person for what she did. Megan is a personable and efficient. We truly were treated very well and honestly.

Jonathan is a very professional young man. He called and we set up an appointment time that was better for me the next day. Since it is spring, we had some giant fuzzy spiders in our basement, even the cat was afraid of them! ARC came out and gave a fair price, actually more then fair. He vacuumed the whole basement floor to ceiling, caulked any cracks and crevices around the inside and outside, and laid some traps out to catch our creepy crawlies. No chemical use that could hurt my pets and children. ARC has a great customer satisfaction guarantee. After 28 days Jonathan came back out and explained what the trap held, and the life cycles of each insect and spider on that trap. I was completely amazed. Jonathan is a knowledgeable, personable, respectful, and gracious young man who knows a lot about his profession. We haven’t seen a creepy crawling since March 2019. Plus he even came back out just for a check up, and promised if anymore came around he would come back free of charge! I am completely satisfied, and I raved to my friends about this company. ARC has my support and recommendation!
