The technician who came was excellent. They removed the critter and put grates over the chimney so it won't happen again. The price was extremely affordable and the work was top notch.

Jonathan was friendly, very professional and reliable. He explained what he was planning to do and offered suggestions for dealing with future issues. Jonathan and Megan arrived at agreed time. They were very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. My main desire was to remove the squirrels and prevent them from re-entering the attics. They Inspected the house attic and garage attic and recommend a plan of action. They installed Drip edge around the roof deck and gutter line. They installed a ridge guard over my existing ridge vent and they screened the attic louvre (x2) with a special metal screen. They also sealed off the two holes the squirrels had made. Additionally, they cleaned up and disinfected the areas inside the attics were the squirrels and birds had been living. After 5 days I am squirrel free with peace of mind that they won't be returning. I'm extremally happy with the quality of the work and would recommend them to anyone.

They humanely treated this poor, sick raccoon and took care of the entire problem in just a few minutes. They disinfected the cat house and the area. I am very stingy with my reviews, but I must say that Jonathan and Megan from ARC were amazing. We struggled with squirrels in the attic for 6 months before calling ARC. They were at our house until the problem was solved. They brought a different level of expertise and equipment than the previous guy. I’ve gotta say that ARC is one of the best, most responsive critter control contractors I’ve seen, and they got the job done. I’d use ARC again in a heartbeat! They were amazing!

I was very pleased! Jonathan is very knowledgeable and showed me the paw prints where the raccoon was getting in and out through the chimney flue. He will come back when it is not raining to measure and see about putting on a chimney cap.

While he wasn’t able to remove it due to the tight space he provided me with a recommendation and came back to help prevent this from happening in the future. They showed up on time (actually early) and promptly removed animal that I believe had distemper. Very personable young lady.

Jonathan arrived on time, was very friendly, took the time to explain what he needed to do, then got straight to work. After removing the birds, he offered to replace the fan duct in which the birds had been living, as well as installing new vent covers and cages over them to prevent similar intrusions in the future. I was surprised and very happy he was willing to do the repairs, as I was expecting to have to call another professional to have it done. Later, after he was able to obtain all the parts he needed, he came back and accomplished all of the repairs - including painting the cages covering the vent covers to match the color of my house. When all the work was done, he gave me an invoice for an amount that was a little less than half of what I was expecting to pay. I literally could not be happier! His conduct was absolutely professional from start to finish, his work excellent, and his charge for services very reasonable. If you are in need of animal removal services - this is the guy.

Megan was amazing. She said she would have all of the animals removed within 5 days, and I didn’t believe it. We had a different company out who failed to remove them in 2 months! She was absolutely right. Removed all racoons quickly and efficiently. She is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend ARC to anyone in need of pest or insect removal. Excellent. They removed two raccoons and followed up for the next 5 days after patching the roof. They rechecked the patch 2 months later for no charge. I would recommend them highly.

They were excellent and very nice to deal with. They got to our house in less than 30 minutes and removed the snake from our garage. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

Jon and Megan did a wonderful job. They are very knowledgeable and explain the process thoroughly. They stayed in touch daily and stopped by to check the traps. Before sealing things up and removing the traps, they confirmed that the raccoon had left on her own. Both were great to work with and very nice. I highly recommend them!

The team was very friendly and quick to respond. They tried to capture the raccoons but they were behind my fireplace. They weren't able to capture them but they disturbed them so much that the next day they were gone! I was also able to purchase a chimney cap to prevent this from happening again!! Would hire again.

It went well, Megan came out and set the trap. She trapped a large male that was tearing up our soffits. They were professional and worked quickly to solve the problem.

Megan was wonderful! She was able to come out within 24 hours of contacting her, had trapped a raccoon within a couple days and came out immediately to remove the critter and block off the entry way. We would definitely recommend ARC and will use them again if the need arises!

It went very well. Megan is a very knowledgeable professional. She took the time to explain everything before she did it and while she was doing it. Megan also took the time to listen to my concerns and give me enough information to help put my mind at ease. She showed genuine care and concern about my need to feel that the house would be secure from future visitors and took the time to seal any point of possible entry or re-entry. There were babies involved and she made sure that all were removed and then sealed up the drywall where she had to cut to get access in the wall to get to them.
