"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "This company seems like a scam. There is no local address. All calls I got pertaining to the service looked to be coming from New York City (I live in Cleveland Ohio). I requested service, a tech came out that I could not understand due to him not being able to speak English, he looked at my fireplace, spent less than 10 minutes here, did not give his name, had me click a link on my phone to "approve an estimate" which I stupidly did, charged me $100 and left. Our gas fireplace still doesn't work right. I would not trust this company."

A job estimated for 2 to 3 weeks took over 3 months. It is still not done to our satisfaction, but we "gave up", and told them to leave."
