I had a few job change orders but they showed me the damage and explained their approach before moving forward. The result was a little more than I had originally planned but I do enjoy coming home and seeing the nice new roof and gutters. They even returned the next day to fix a few areas that concerned me before the final sign-off for the completed project. I would recommend them and their products. The GAF Manufacturer returned my call on a prospective client question the next day and the competitor I was considering didn't ever call but emailed 8 days later without really answering my questions about their product warranty."
