+ -1 moreI wanted to get custom windows and they had no availability for 6 months. They initially came out and were very professional in taking my measurements. 6 weeks later when I still hadn't received any information, they checked in to see what I wanted to do. I had apparently slipped through the cracks and it took another 2 weeks for them to even figure out where we stood. 2 more weeks passed. I?ve called, left messages, gone in to the store in person, and they?ve proven completely incapable of organizing themselves or helping me, even after speaking with a Regional Manager. Their prices are easily twice as much. They never even apologized. I wish you had a grade lower than an F.
Description of Work: I love Home Depot for materials, but they’re unbelievably awful for installations.

+ 0 moreI used Home Depot Installation services to. It is a separate business they have for windows. They did a nice job over all. They cleaned up after them selves. Now there was some confusion, the order got delayed and took a little bit longer that they though it would. There was an error on their paper work so the installation process was quick, but the overall waiting for the product was a little bit slow.
Description of Work: I bought a window and a big glass sliding door from Home Depot and they came to my house and installed them.
