This was a scheduled tune up of our furnace from an annual maintenance program. The technician explained everything he did and answered all of my questions. I have been using Jackson Comfort for a long time and do a great job. I would recommend them and have to friends and family.

The technicians were extremely thorough and very professional. Their work was of high quality and they were extremely detail-oriented. They also provided an overview of what they installed along with explanations as to the rationale behind it. Super job by super nice guys!

Our comfort consultant, Keith, who, along with the Jackson Team were able to think "outside of the box" and design a cost effective technical solution to our somewhat unique situation, right through the design involving Eddie, and, then an excellent job by the installers, Brandon and Ryan, who displayed expertise in numerous skill sets, followed up by Dave who did some excellent repair work, and finally with Dean who gave things a review, I can't say enough about the Jackson Team and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Every person was courteous and professional in every way, including Missy, who performed the scheduling. Just a great job all the way ! Our system is working to our complete satisfaction. This problem has been happening intermittently for a long time. I've never been able to get a repair tech on site to view the water leak while it was happening. This time Jackson HVAC was on site within a few hours. Tyler McCann found the problem quickly and was able to have parts delivered and installed in a very reasonable time.

It went well There was a problem, but it was fixed

The technician was thorough and efficient. We had been hearing a noise from the furnace for several days and he explained to us what he thought it was, why it was now gone, and that if it returned, we should call back and schedule another appt. So happy I had Jackson Comfort Heating & Cooling Systems Inc come out for my service. The technician Jacob Cork is such a professional. He is so knowledgeable and always explains what he's doing each step of the service.

Technician diagnosed gas valve problem. Did get furnace working. I was thankful for that. Quoted price new gas valve with labor high. Will decide soon what to do before heat goes out again. Technician very professional and answered all questions I had.

The whole process was great. called in the morning and had a technician scheduled later that day to fix a non functioning water heater. Pete showed up, was very professional, very thorough, and the price was very reasonable.

Always a thorough examination of critical components. Service technician was efficient. I've had this annual maintenance contract for years with Jackson and will continue to do so. I'm always pleased with their service and professionalism. Many different technicians have performed the tasks over the years and I've never been disappointed with any.

Professional, friendly, got the job done

Technician was thorough in his cleaning of our a/c unit, we didn't feel that he hurried through the cleaning to get to his next job. He explained what he had done and made sure we didn't have any questions before he left. We have a maintenance agreement with Jackson Comfort and are very satisfied with their service.

Jacob, our technician, spent quite a bit of time researching the problem, explaining what he found, and how he was going to fix it. He did a wonderful job, was very thorough. We would love to have him come back if we need service again.

Jackson Comfort installed my furnace several years ago and has serviced it ever since. In my condo, the furnace/AC is the same unit and they always know just what to do. The yearly contract is a good value for the money. The technicians are always courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

The technicians are charging for work they didn’t do. Taking advantage of the lack of the home owners knowledge. Also they charge you based on how expensive your house looks. 160 dollars for 5 minuets of doing nothing.

Excellent he pointed out that our unit was getting up in age and while our unit was in good working order we should not be surprised if parts would start to fail. If this was the case we should use caution when it comes to fixing the unit. He made excellent points. I appreciate his honesty.

They did wonderful and professional job.

The tech was here on time and did a thorough inspection at both the furnace end and A/C end of the system. Very professional, polite and courteous.

The heater had stopped working overnight so I called Jackson Comfort Heating and Cooling on a Saturday morning at 9:00 AM. The service tech, John Puskar was out to help by 11:00 AM. He was a really good guy and had things going within an hour. John replaced the Ignition switch and performed a tune-up while he was here. Saved us as it was snowing out the night before and it had definitely gotten cold in the house by the time we woke up.

Great. On time. Very courteous. Great with a big dog greeting :) Went over and above, suggesting a couple of other services - not pushy at all.
