Description of Work: Went to Jackson Comfort and Heating office to purchase and Aprilair filter for my furnace. They had it in stock.

Description of Work: During the last hot spell, our AC unit wasn't working properly. I called the next morning and they were here within an hour and a half. The service tech knew what was wrong immediately , had the needed part, and fixed the problem. Because we have a service plan with them, with a 30 day guarantee, there was no service charge for the call. Jackson is quick to respond, they keep you informed about when the service tech will be there, and are concerned about your comfort, summer and winter. We have been very satisfied with them throughout their many years of service.

Description of Work: They installed a new furnace and air conditioner a few years ago, and we have used them for seasonal fall & spring check ups ever since. The techs are always courteous and professional. I would recommend Jackson for either a new furnace/air conditioner, or for seasonal check ups.

Description of Work: I HAD ANOTHER VERY REPUTABLE AND VERY WELL KNOWN HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING CO TELL ME IN THAT THAT WE HAD A FREON LEAK IN OUR AC SYSTEM. SINCE IT WAS FALL, HE SAID CALL US IN THE SPRING AND WE'LL FIND THE LEAK AND FIX IT THEN. WHEN i CALLED IN JUNE THE FOLLOWING YEAR , THE EARLIEST DATE HE COULD GIVE ME TO COME OUT WAS WAS 2 WEEKS AWAY. INSTEAD I CALLED JACKSON COMFORT SYSTEMS, THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 3 DAYS, THEY CALLED WHEN THEY WERE ON THE WAY. DEAN, THE MAN WHO CAME , WAS SO POLITE AND KIND. BUT HERE'S THE INCREDIBLE PART. AFTER SEARCHING INSIDE AND OUT OF OUR HOME FOR ONE HOUR,DEAN SAID THERE WAS NO LEAK. HE COULD HAVE 'TAKEN US TO THE CLEANERS'. INSTEAD DEAN WAS HONEST. WE CRANKED UP THE AC AND THE HOUSE IS AS COOL AS IT CAN BE. WE WERE AFRAID TO DO THAT IF THERE WAS A LEAK. TODAY WHEN COMPANIES ARE GRABBING ALL THE MONEY THEY CAN, WE CONSIDER JACKSON COMFORT SYSTEMS TO BE A REAL FIND.

Description of Work: CHECKED OUR A/C AS IT WAS NOT BLOWING COLD AIR. CHECKED THE FILTER, CHECKED THE FREON LEVEL AND MELTED ICE ON COILS.
