Description of Work: Absolutely NOTHING! I booked an appoint weeks ago to have our 2 chimneys cleaned. I have used their services many times before and was very happy with the job they performed. The initial appointment got re-scheduled by me due to bad weather and concern for the safety of their employees on our very tall house. I re-scheduled the appointment and asked for a confirmation call two days ago to ensure we had proper weather for their employees to ascend and descend the roof safely. I did get the call and was thrilled at their level of customer service. We confirmed an appointment for today. As I own a business - I made sure I was at home and available as scheduled. 28 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for their people to arrive which was been 10:30 and 12 noon, I called the office and was initially told our appointment was now at another time and questioned why I was confirmed into one time slot and now it has changed on their records to suddenly another without any notification. After much conversation, I was abruptly handed over to another staff member who seemed to take offense as to why I was so upset and was asking why I confirmed and then rescheduled without my acceptance and/or notification. I was told that they had received a cancellation before my scheduled appointment time and they re-routed their staff to take on a last minute request to fill the time slot. Which - as I indicated to the manager - pushed my scheduled appointment into another time slot thus totally negating my time or personal/business schedule. Perhaps what should have happened was a call to me asking if they could come earlier and then fill their cancelled time slot at the end of the day with their "sudden requested customer". Needless to say - I cancelled immediately! A) How rude to assume my time without any call or notification of change. B) Not once was there an apology of any sort. C) They frankly did not care about me as a Customer and keeping me waiting past the time they said they would be there. D) I want to deal with company's who care about the integrity of their company, the quality of their work and their business relationship with their customers - AND not how many slots they fill in a day with no respect to the people who they have confirmed appointments.

Description of Work: They sceduled an estimate on 5/23/2012, three hour window, I took time off from work to show them exactly what I wanted done, they didn't show. I had another contractor in the house, I told them when I left to keep an eye out, when I retunred at 4 pm he said he hadn't seen anyone. I week, ten days later I got a call asking what I wanted to do with the estimate, I told them I had no estimate and hadn't seen anyone here. He assured me they had been there, said he would e mail me the estimate which was supposed to be in my mailbox. (Strike ONE) Agreed to have the work done the following Tuesday late morning, at 8 am I got a call saying they couldn't make it that day, could they do it Thursday, I said okay...........No one showed on Thursday, no call, nothing. (Strike TWO) Friday, mid morning, I get a call saying the worker was here, asked that their estimator come back because the work he found was more than he anticipated. (Strike THREE). I told them to disregard...I don't believe their estimator was ever here, I believe they just estimated my job on the run and had never seen the work until the worker got here.
