They are efficient. They know what they are doing. They hire good help. They have good equipment.

.The guys were very nice brought a boom truck with hem shaped the trees really nice kept it very clean. I have no complaints at all.

We've used them for the last 20 years. Their prices are reasonable. Their quality is excellent. We will continue to use them.

Contacted them via website in the Spring and they came out promptly for a free estimate. They told me to call back in the fall to schedule service. Left 4 messages over 3 weeks and never heard from them. Have called multiple times at different times in the day and they never answer their phone. Goimg with someone (anyone at this point) else.

I left a voice message for them on Saturday, July 2nd. I expected to hear back from them after the 4th of July holiday, but did not. I called again on Thursday 7/7 and spoke to the woman who I was instructed to leave the message with in the first place. She had no knowledge or recognition of my call and when I asked if she heard my message, she said they had been having trouble with their phones. I told her what I wanted and she said they come to my area on Tuesdays, so they would come on 7/12, more than a week after I originally called. Someone did come and left an estimate for over $3,500 for lawn care services, tree pruning and fertilizing a tree in our back yard that they serviced a couple of years ago. They did not address at all the Dogwood that was the primary purpose of my call and that looks obviously unhealthy.

His estimate was the highest I received ($1,000+) and he required that I sign a waiver concerning any property damage by the crane he wanted to use on our property to remove the tree. If I did not sign the waiver, he would not use the crane, which would raise the cost. He was quick to get out and give the estimate. I ended up getting the job completed for $700 by another company.

I used them last year, and I'm using them this year also. I am using them right now. They fulfill everything that they say they're going to do, and they do it at the time they say they would. They are very dependable as far as doing what they say they would. They always leave notes saying what was done. They seem to take care when they're putting on fertilizers and other things.

Communication was poor. Had to contact them to get the exact date. They came out on the date I was told and removed trees but not the stumps. I asked why and they said it was due to the flags that the cable company had put down and said it would be a few days. Two weeks later someone finally comes after I emailed them. No one told me they would be arriving on a Saturday morning ( back to poor communication) and they didn't grind the tree stump in the backyard. Now they have to come back again and I will have to push back the landscapers that are replanting trees. The bush trimming was par. Not worth the extra cost. Will never hire again nor recommend .

Everything went well. The company cleaned up very well. You wouldn't even know they were there. There wasn't even an extra leaf left on the ground.

They took care of it and we had exceptionally high snowfall this February and the tree came through without even one branch down.

They are good, but expensive. They use fertilizers that may be harmful to your pets and you have to wait until it rains to send them out.

It was a huge job, worth about $6000, and they were professional from start to finish. I would rate them highly.

They have always had a better price of anybody that we have used. They do a good job and we have used them several times.

Setting up an appointment & working with Dave Brown was excellent. The limb removal took place w/in a week and all went well. It took 3-4 weeks before I heard back about the stump grinding. After repeated unreturned phone calls, I finally was able to talk to someone in the North Royalton office and had the grinding scheduled, which I took a vacation day to accommodate. By 10:30 in the morning & no calls, I called to find out where they were. I was told the grinder was in the shop and they didn't know if they could come out on that day. I explained to the person I was speaking with that I had taken time off of work so I could take my 2 dogs to my mom's house while the work was being done (it was right up against my house for most of the work & it was extremely loud). A few hours later, they did arrive. 1/2 through grinding the 2nd stump, the machine broke. Hours of waiting & a repair person arrived and unfortunately they were unable to fix the machine. They had to tow (basically drag) the machine out of my front yard which left 2 giant ruts. I was told any damage would be repaired. Weeks go by w/o any phone calls. I start leaving messages again, all unreturned. One day I get home from work and find giant holes 2-3 feet deep & 4-5 across where the stumps once were, large pieces of wood stick up, dirt thrown everywhere, an extension cord which went across to a light was broken; plus, my dogs were home, alone with this work being done right up against the house. I was less than pleased. Additionally, they did nothing to repair the damage caused by the machine. I begun to be receive bills & after more unreturned phone calls and weeks of waiting, I called the billing office to try to get some help. They were absolutely wonderful. They were able to get the office to schedule the sales rep to come back out and take a look. The sales rep said when he found out my yard wasn't finished yet, he said his manager realized they 'forgot about me'. They scheduled to have my entire front yard re-seeded & fertilized to repair the damage. They then fixed the giant holes & prepped the bed for planting & added top soil. They did an EXCELLENT job repairing their mistakes and altered the bill to compensate for the months of waiting.

They have done an excellent job on aerating. The grass they put in is not growing so well, and I was concerned about the trees taking up the sun. He said if we prune the trees the sun might come through and give nutrition to the grass. The evergreen tree is not doing so well and they are going to be replacing it.

Prompt, thorough and efficient job done. Good communication about what was done and what should be done in the spring.

They did a nice job. I would call them again. Their price was a little on the high side but it was nothing to deter me away from using them.

Price was a little high so we went with somebody else. Provided a detailed and professional estimate and described alternatives for the care of the old oaks.

Everything went beautifully, as I said above.

They do good work. I would recommend them!

Arrived promptly and removed the tree safely without further damaging the house.

They have done my bushes for 5 or 6 years, and have done yard work even longer. For some reason this year was a struggle. The gentleman that came out told me he only did trees, and would have to get someone else to come out to do the bushes. He did do the magnolia tree, but couldn't do the bushes. I was very disappointed, and canceled my account with them. Up until this, I have always had excellent service with them. Since they didn't do any bushes, I paid them $6 for the tree trimming.

I did not end up hiring this company.

This company is great to work with from the guys in the field to the staff at the office, wonderful experience.
