David came to see our yard and give us a quote and was super helpful through the process. Everything was prompt and easy and it was completed before we knew it.

I am so pleased with the work of Davey (Western Cleveland, OH)! First of all, they are so friendly and accommodating, beginning with the estimate, then the office, and the tree cutting experts! Second, they did excellent work, and a tidy clean-up. They were polite and respectful of property. They checked in with me before and while they were doing the job, and also before they finished to make sure everything was as I wanted it to be. It's like having a totally new and healthy tree. I couldn't be happier and recommend them highly.

There was very little room to get these trees down and it was amazing to see them do it without any heavy machinery. No damage and excellent cleanup. The crew was 2 men and 1 woman and they all were very professional and hard working.

David made it out to the house the same day we contacted Davey Tree. He assessed the situation and accounted for the multiple challenges posed by the job. Later that day, he delivered a verbal estimate which was followed up by a written estimate the next morning. Once we agreed to have Davey Tree perform the work, David rearranged the work schedule to prioritize our complicated and risky project the very next day. Seth, Jake, and Bryon arrived around 8 am and amazingly were able to maneuver the crane up the neighbor's driveway with only 3 inches of clearance on either side due to a gated fence. The crew carefully dispersed the crane's weight by placing large planks so as not to damage either the driveway or the yard. With expert precision, the tree was down just over three hours later. The work was nothing short of amazing given the challenging circumstances. David, Seth, Jake, and Bryon were professional and first-rate from start to finish. I highly recommend DT of North Royalton!

OK, but estimate was way out of the park compared to others I received.

They are a bit expensive. They ended up doing a good job, but I had some trouble getting them to do exactly what I wanted. My recommendation would be to make sure to get a contract in writing from them.

They are very good at trimming tall, large trees.

From the time the 2 men arrived and finished it was little over 2 hours. There were a lot of dead branches. They opened up the tree so many of my plants and shrubs could get more sun. They did a great job especially the clean up.

Michael D. came out to the house, looked at two large silver maple trees in my backyard. I recently purchased this house, and the trees had not been maintained for years. Branches were impinging on wires, and the trees looked stressed. He gave me the cost, and followed up with an e-mail. I was notified ahead of time, and the crew showed up on time, and ready to go. They were professional, quick, but safe in their work, and friendly. They cleaned up everything, and my yard looks so much better. All went well. Neighbor's fence got a little damaged, and the tree guys told them right away and showed them where it happened. (Davey's insurance will cover.) Fast and efficient, excellent clean-up. Lowest of three bids.

The arborist was knowledgeable regarding ornamental tree. The maple was trimmed to perfection with perfect cleanup. The crew was prompt and professinal.

We had a huge oak tree in the backyard, and it was sick and they came and nursed it back to beautiful health. They're a little high priced, there on the high-end, but they're good. You get what you pay for.

I requested an estimate to have some trees removed and some stumps ground down. Nick came out promptly, gave an oral estimate and provided a written estimate within a day. We thought the price was fair based on the other estimates we had received. We were put on the schedule right away. Nick called upon receiving notification from OUPS and scheduled the service that day. The team of 3 arrived on schedule. Brian introduced himself upon arrival. It was a very professional team of people. The process went smoothly. The team also did a great job cleaning up debris left behind from the trees/stumps. I was happy with the service provided.

It worked out very, very well. They're very professional. They have arborists. These guys use really a lot of safety procedures. It's very, very safe. The other company next door didn't have any safety equipment. It was really quite a comparison. They're clean. Everything's cleaned up when they left. You never knew they were here. The work turned out good. They did a nice job. The price was competitive.
