Tech arrived as scheduled, thorough inspection of A/C unit. Next up will be my fall furnace clean and check.

It went very well, I'm even laid up with a broken leg, they took old one Out and back to the store for return plus installation of the new tank with code updates. They even came to me to sign and sent before and after pictures.

We called and explained what happened and that water was running ALL over the basement floor as I was speaking with them. They were NOT ONLY THE "FIRST" company to get us in BUT they were the "MOST" reasonably priced and Sal's does the "BEST" WORK!!! "THANK GOD" they didn't try to milk me considering it was an "EMERGENCY" and I was ALREADY FREAKING OUT. They came in replaced the Hot Water tank and cleaned up 98% of the water on the floor as well. We have been having Sal's service BOTH of our furnaces for approximately 4-5 years maybe more and we're OBVIOUSLY VERY HAPPY WITH OUR CHOICE. Peace and God Bless 🙏🏾💜🌹

I received fantastic service. The technician was able to come out within 3 business days. He arrived when scheduled and was able to diagnose the problem and repair it within 1 hour. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained the whole process. The whole visit, including diagnosis, repair, and cleaning, cost just over $400. I was completely satisfied with the service I received.

Dan M. was our technician. He called before he arrived and was very prompt and on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us as he performed all the checks and did his job. Dan was very polite, organized and really went the extra mile to make sure our air conditioner was in its best working order. We've used Sal's in the past, which is why we used them again. They have awesome customer service and the technicians are always respectful and sincerely nice people. If we run into an issue again with our air conditioning or plumbing, we know who to call! We used Sals to replace a broken heat pump system and aging water heater. The quote was straight forward and fair. It took a few weeks to get the job on the schedule but that’s understandable given the time of year. The installation techs, John and Robert, did an awesome job. It was scheduled as a 3 day job and they got it done in two long days. We were experiencing record high temps so we were grateful! All around a great experience with Sals.
