Great job by Sals from sales thru the installation team. After Homeserve insurance dropped the ball and decided not to pay for ANY of my replacement, I was able to have Sals put a whole new unit in and take out the old one. Price was higher than I go quoted from other places but the quality and professionalism and knowledge of the staff made me feel better about it. Great job Sals!

Everything was done in a timely and professional way. Communication was good (sometimes to me via my tenant) and Sal's workers were always courteous and prompt. The work site was cleaned well when the job was finished. The price was reasonable and there were no surprises. I've recommended Sal's to friends and have signed them up to an annual inspection contract for my HVAC system.

I could not be happier with Sal's Heating and Cooling. I bought a new furnace from Sal's, and everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. This included the salesman, the installers and the technicians who came back to get rid of a 'pop' I was hearing in my ductwork. They all made sure I was happy with the work that was done.. A very conscientious company. I will definitely recommend Sal's Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs HVAC services!

They came out the first time and thought they had fixed the problem with a quick fix, but it was a worn out part and needed to be replaced so they had to come back. Getting them to come back took a long time. There was some confusion about getting the part ordered. So I had to go without heat for a few days, but fortunately they was warm days. In the end the problem was fixed. They took good care of me. They were all very professional. Their workers are very knowledgeable. I will continue to use them.

Sal's staff is top notch. David did these installs and did everything they said they would do. He called in advance, showed up when he said he would, cleaned up after himself and completed the work in a timely manner even though he was working alone. I think i could have gotten it done cheaper but I'm willing to pay more for better quality and service. Have hired before and will hire again

It went splendidly. The two men on the team - Dean and Kyle - were very professional, cheerful, neat, quiet, and skillful. They arrived when expected, we got a call before they came, they cleaned everything up, and they explained everything at the end of the installation. The service was okay but I wasn't happy with the additional cost of the service as they said that the fitting wasn't a standard size of the faucet.

It took multiple trips to complete the job. It was almost 2 weeks to finish.

Went well. Patients needed when waiting for install date as Sal's was booked up for my project. Arrived promptly on date agreed for installation. Friendly installers (John and John). Completed on time. Will continue to use Sal's for my HVAC services in the future.

Everything went well until it was inspected, it has failed 2x for little things, hopefully 3 is a charm. The inspector said everything was good not to worry, but a couple things had to be changed to pass Strongsville codes. Price includes other things that was purchased and done. The furnace is 95% efficiency.

Fixed the drain pipe and new faucet fixture on sink. Plumber had chipped th slink putting in the new fixture and also the sink would not drain. He tried snaking the pipe to no avail and just told me he could not do anything more. He took my money and left. I called the office back and they dispatched another plumber who gave me the name of someone to quote me a price to fix my problem. After hearing the quote which was more than double what I had already paid and would require basically tearing up my bathroom, I decided to seek an alternative contractor.
