Sal's was incredibly helpful through a toilet replacement. I live in a condo, and we found during the replacement that we had to shut off the water from the main valve - which my condo does not have. Sal's not only came out to my place three times over the course of two weeks to make sure I was taken care of, but handled all of the coordination with my condo association to get the water shut off, which was a huge weight off me. Everyone I spoke with and the plumbers in my house were incredibly kind and helpful. I will be a customer for life!

Knowledgeable, efficient, skilled. In addition to fixing the problem with slow hot water and an odor problem with city water, the team leader fixed a problem I didn't know we had with a hot water regulator in an upstairs shower. A minor glitch was a valve (?) that wasn't re-opened after work completion.....life's not perfect. A minor leak subsequently occurred. I called Sal's and they came promptly to fix the leak, which they did at no cost. I don't know what the service I received would have cost with another company. It seems high. Sal's installed the Navian unit 5.5 years ago at a competitive price, and we've had Sal's service the unit every year as recommended.

Sal's confirmed I was home with a phone call, and also sent me a text before arrival with a picture of the technician. They were very polite and respectful of the house, quickly identified the problem and made sure the leak was fixed before putting the cover back on. The technician also explained everything he was doing and why the problem occurred. 10/10 would hire again!

Well The technician was thorough and willing to answer questions about different features of how a furnace works.

Sam came on time and did the work in about a half hour. He was friendly, efficient and cleaned up.

Furnace check went as expected. I have an aging furnace. Sal's did some work on a year or two ago to extend it's life, and so far, so good. We've been using Sal's for several years now.

The sales person was professional and was knowledgeable on work that needed done. The price in the end was competitive with other companies. The technicians were friendly, cleaned up after themselves and respected my property. The boiler installers seemed to go the extra step to make sure it all met code. The only downfall was the technician who installed the water heater, let solder run down into the water inlet causing the heater to starve for water. The next day they sent new techs out to fix and install new pipe. Still, a pain when I had to have someone home for 4 hours until they fixed something that should've been installed and tested BEFORE the technician left. I should've gotten a credit off my price for this inconvenience, especially when my spouse lost time at work to stay home.

We have had Sal over the years and have been very happy. This time, We were concerned because it was an intermittent problem could they identify the problem. The Tech arrived within the time frame they stated. He then went through a process to eliminate functioning parts and finally identify a faulty gas valve. The Tech was professional and explained how he identified the malfunction. He then got the part from the warehouse and installed the new valve. We now have heat and are confident that the problem was solved. Good Job - Thanks

Quality of workmanship was excellent. It rained a lot during the project so it was delayed but it was not the company's fault. They toughed it right through everything. They did an excellent job with the interior and exterior plumbing.

Anthony was the technician. He cleaned and checked my heat and A/C. Anthony was very thorough. I was confident that everything was cleaned and checked properly. He did not take shortcuts. When I had questions, he was polite and detailed in his explanations. I would request him the next time I need service.

Jim was my salesman, and is an HVAC technician. He answered all the questions I had, orchestrated the installation and did everything he promised to do. I chose Sal's from the four estimates I'd gotten. Dimitri was the technician who installed my unit. Though he is young, he was like an old style artisan who still took pride in the quality of what he was doing, regarding the installation process as well as how the finished product looked. He explained what he planned to do before process and answered questions I had throughout. I've had my new AC approximately three weeks now. It works well thus far and passed my city's required inspection. I would hire them again.
