Description of Work: I took my car in because the check engine light was on and it was not running right. I got an appt for the following day when I called. They called me shortly after opening that day with the results of their findings. It was a bigger issue than I or they thought, and they referred me to the dealer because of an extended warranty where it could be fixed without charge. Overall, they were very pleasant to work with, honest and gave me a fair price for diagnosing the problem. I will definitely return for any maintenance or repairs in the future

Description of Work: Royalton Automotive did a front brake job on my 2010 Honda Civic. I brought the car in after began squeaking in front, and Royalton confirmed it was the brakes. They explained the job in detail and did the job in a timely manner. I received a discount on the brake job because I signed up for a VIP package, which includes pre-paying for future services, such as oil changes, etc.

Then the supervisor came to the front desk, along with the individual that was to perform the service, and they explained my options and how they were going to perform the repairs. The work was done in the timeframe that they quoted. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
Description of Work: I needed tire repair. After getting some quotes from competitors, the work was completed in a very short period of time and for almost half of what the lowest-priced competitor was quoting.

+ -1 moreEverything has been wonderful. They are very professional. Nothing leaves the shop unless they have it fixed right or they have at least identified exactly what is wrong. You will not leave there and have to bring the vehicle back to be re-fixed like some places. This is a company where the owner has actually used his own personal vehicle to drive me home while my vehicle was being serviced. You don't get that kind of service just anywhere. This is the kind of place that you continue to go back to, and I will.

+ -1 moreThey have been in business for 5 years. The owner, Gary Stinnett, is the former top mechanic of another auto service center. He does top notch work at competitive rates. He is one of those mechanics that you would hold on to once you find them. They do only repairs and are not a body shop. Other auto service centers are more expensive when compared to Royalton Automotive, and Royalton is a very convenient place to go to. They offer a very personal and friendly service, and the owner always comes and gives us personal attention. He wouldn?t let us spend money for the sake of spending it, and treats all his customers very well. Royalton takes a bit more time than others when it comes to auto repair, but it is truly worth it. Update: 04-06-2011 We traded in that vehicle (a minivan) in Dec, 2010. Before buying the next car we asked Gary, should we repair this one or buy the newer one? He told us now was a good time to trade in the older vehicle - even though he could have made a lot of money from us fixing the minivan. We trust this company and refer friends and family to him.
Description of Work: I use Royalton Automotive for auto repair. I last went to them for a multiple repair issue where they had fixed the anti-lock brakes and also fixed an intermittent stalling problem. It was a problem with the ignition coil and wires. The owner, Gary Stinnett, is very quick to say what needs to be addressed and is candid about the work that he does. He helps us prioritize what we want to do on our vehicle so that we can easily make the decisions.
