Excellent work, showed up did the job and left without any issues

He does a great job. He does it in the Spring. There were no problems at all. They cleaned up. In fact, I would never know that they were here. They were very reasonably priced. We had no trouble with their money. In fact, a lot of times we asked them to do something extra, they do it and they don't even charge me for it. You can't beat that. They pretty much put everything in order. It looks great. He checks on his men. He's at every job. He shows up and checks. He goes through things. He has a supervisor person with them who really knows the business. My wife wanted some special pruning done and the supervisor herself went over and hand-pruned it exactly the way my wife wanted it. There were no hard times. She had a pleasant smile and a pleasant personality. That's so rare and so hard to find. I intend to use them for the rest of my life as long as he's in business.

I didn’t go with them. They were here on time and they were very professional. I got other quotes and I got better prices. The quote amount was about $1100. Everything else was fine except that I got a quote for $300 cheaper.

They were prompt and very professional and gave me a drawing and estimate very quickly. Unfortunately they were quite a bit higher for the type of job they were going to do.

Great overall. Used them a few times to repair irrigation system and do winter shutdown. Professional service and fair price. Only problem was phone response-leave voicemail and can take several days for response. Had two cancellations this spring after setting up appointments weeks ahead. I think they need more service technicians.

ALL WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND THEY HAD VERY PROFESSIONAL LOOKING EQUIPMENT.THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY STAYED DURING MOST OF THE WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE ACCORDING TO OUR DISCUSSIONS. AERATION PRODUCES LOOSE THATCH AND DIRT PELLETS AND ALL OF THE DEBRIS WAS RAKED AND PICKED UP IN A VERY THOROUGH MANNER. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER HIRED ANYONE FROM ANGIES LIST AND I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND SUCH A QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR.I AM A VERY FUSSY AND DETAILED INDIVIDUAL AND THIS CONTRACTOR MET OR EXCEEDED ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS.

They were not as reponsive as we expected. Their pricing was fair. The decision to use them again is up to the Board of Directors; however, this was the first year on the property. It cost $1,255.29 per month.

They are excellent. They are very efficient and they clean up. If there is any kind of problem we may have, they rectify them almost immediately.

We had used them for many years. The only reason I do not use them any further is that I have since moved. I had no problems with them and they are a good company.

Excellent. As I indicated I believe I had used them in 2010 when my husband was ill, and we spent time at our retirement home. He came out to give me an estimate, the price was reasonable, so I hired him. I have no complaints. The work was excellent, and customer service was great as well. If I needed something extra done, I just had to call and it was taken care of. The bill arrived promptly each month, and when I called and left a message to stop the service, it was done. It took a lot of worry off my hands during my husband's illness and subsequent passing.

The people had a definite time to come and they were always here. Pavlin's Yard Maintenance did a good job. They clean up. They're very good and I would recommend them.

Did a great job and did what I asked them to do. Took care of the lawn and leaves. Very reasonable in what they charge.

Arrived on the day promised. Service completed in about an hour. Gutters were perfectly clean.

Great job! Grass was always neatly cut, trimmed, and edged. Before doing the last cut in the fall, they blew the leaves out from around the house and sucked them up with the mower without me even asking about it. The crew was always able to skip a week or two when asked, if the grass wasn't growing, as happened this summer when it was so dry. Nice to have the yard taken care of without having to worry about it at all.

Professional. Lawn came in great.

.Angie's list provided me with a list of lawncare providers. I had been unable to find anyone until Angie's list assisted me.

They were good and I called up on a Saturday to set up an appointment and they were the only company that was open on a Saturday and I could talk to somebody. They made an appointment quickly and came out to give me an estimate. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

We had seen the Pavlin truck in the neighborhood. We also saw a yard that the company had completely re-done. We had Ted come out last fall after we had some foundation work done on our house. After looking over what needed to be done, he said to let the ground settle over the winter and call him in the spring. Ted came out at the end of April. He listened to what we wanted done and offered a suggestion or two. He very thoughtfully looked over the job, measuring and making notes. We were called in a few days with a verbal estimate for the job. After agreeing to the verbal estimate, we received a written estimate in the mail with the job work date, included on the form. The form was signed and returned with a deposit. I called three days before the scheduled work date to verify that the work would be done on the planned day. I was assured it would be. The four workers arrived at the scheduled time. Ted was here also to get the job started. The workers were very efficient, polite and thorough with their work. Except for the straw that was placed over the new topsoil and grass seed, one would never know they had been here.

Pavlin's Yard Maintenance was punctual. The price is good. There responsiveness is good. I might use them again in the future.

This service was in my neighborhood and parked their equipment in front of my driveway so I could not exit. This happened on two separate occasions when I happened to be home from work on a vacation. (So how often are they doing this to others?) The first time the service person present that I brought it up to was argumentative and belligerent. She questioned if I really needed to get out of my driveway. The second time, same person a year later, was a little more cooperative but was going to move the truck in front of my neighbor's where there was an expecting mother who was due at any moment. My point is - their truck/trailer is too long for the amount of equipment needed in a small neighborhood but they seem to feel entitled to inconvenience the neighbors who are not paying for their service. A regular pick up truck and a ramp could carry the needed tools and could be parked in the client's driveway.

We bought our house last fall, this is our first spring in it. We had been calling painters and dry wall contractors to get quotes for a few rooms in the house, however, more than one never returned the phone call and only 1 kept his appointment and gave us an estimate. After all the trouble we were having just getting companies to come out for an estimate, We decided to hold off on the inside of the house and get the outside done. I found Pavlin's on Angies List. We called and left a message, they got back to us the next day and came out a few days after to talk to us about what we wanted and put together a quote. Ted listened to what we wanted and made suggestions when we asked him to. They called us back the next day with a verbal estimated and sent the written estimate out in the mail. We felt the price was very fair. After having so much trouble trying to find companies to do work for us, we hired Pavlin's right away.The work was done in one day. It looks fantastic! I have no problem recommending Pavlin's to anyone. Very professional, they obviously care about the quality of work they do. They even planted a few rose bushes we had purchased at no extra charge.

They are punctual. But sometimes they will come when we tell them not to and we have to pay for a service we didn't want.

They've been doing well. I've had them for about 2 years. The leaf removal service is a bit pricey, but they do good work.

They arrived when they said they would to do the job. Considering all the rain we've had this was really appreciated. We have a corner lot with much mature landscaping. Everything looked neat and cared for once they finished. They cleaned up all the debris. Crew was friendly and polite. I would recommend them to my neighbors.

If there was ever a good example of "before and after," it's my back yard. Before there was several small garden areas that were poorly-situated for drainage and sunlight, all sorts of holes and rough terrain, vast areas of dead grass, sidewalks to nowhere, etc. All in all, NOT a good environment for our toddler to play in. So we called Pavlin's, he came out and did an estimate, and then did the yard work. Tore out the old yard and gardens, tore out the sidewalks, removed old bushes and vegetation, brought in new topsoil, smoothed and leveled everything, laid sod, mulched inaccessible areas of the yard (behind deck, under trees, etc.), and took a side garden where nothing but weeds ever effectively grew and turned it into a very nice low-maintenance rock garden with riverstone (to which we've added several large and colorful planters with annuals in them). The end result was amazing. Absolutely took my breath away (though terrified me that I'd never be able to keep it so pristine and beautiful), and now we have a lovely lush yard where my daughter enjoys running through the grass! The project went quite well, though there were initial delays due to the astoundingly rainy May we had, but Todd and his crew came and knocked off the entire project in a single day, and the results exceeded any and all expectations I had.
