they showed up on time when they said they were going to be here did the job they said they were going to do cleaned up and left as if they were never here outstanding job highly recommend to anyone

It was very good, there are lot of things they did to fix the things that other contractors did not do.

Very dissapointing. My family has hired Pavlin's for small jobs on and off for years with fantastic resullts and reasonable pricing (thus the overall C rating-because I know they can do decent work), so of course, I reached out to them first. However, they did not answer the phone during business hours, did not respond to the voicemail I left, and the next day, did not respond to the request for an estimate I entered through their website. Just......no response! So today I left a comment on their FB page, asking if they were doing estimates at all/were still in business. Finally, they responded to that and said they are not doing any estimates and are still in business. You know, if you want to keep doing business you might bother to replly promptly to calls and just tell people you are booked up, you only are handling lawn maintenance, or whatever it is....but respond!!!

It was good. I've used them for 10 years and they did a lot of landscaping project for me. The owner is very good guy and he's very responsive. He is easy to get a hold of.

Kevin and his crew came out and did a excellent job getting the backyard cleaned up. They also carried my patio furniture up to my deck. I use Pavlin for my snow removal as well, and have been very happy with their work. Excellent company to work with, would highly recommend them.

This year I switched lawn care companies to Pavlin's. My wife and I both have commented about how much better my yard looks than in prior years. My grass grows very quickly and always had grass that was left uneven and some clumps in the yard. This has been through a few lawn care companies over the past several years. This year, even with all of the rain, they have maintained my lawn keeping it cut (with no grass "laying down" after the cut and no clumps), beds trimmed, and my yard looks better than it has in years. Thanks!

We were advised during the initial contact with this company that they were backed up due to the rainy weather we are having and probably could not do any work for us for a couple of months but would be happy to come out and estimate the job. A time was set and Ted Pavlin came out. Right on time. He actually suggested doing things differently than we were thinking because that would save us money. Two days later we were given an estimate nearly a third of what others gave us. They will be out in a few weeks to do the work. Very professional company. At this point I have no reason to think their work will not be done right. The work has been completed and is great. We then asked them to take over mowing the lawn for us, which they did. We are now having Pavlin's take care of plowing the driveway this winter. We also contracted with them to snow plow our own driveway this winter. Very good and reliable company. Pricing is more than reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

It was great. The guys did everything to my satisfaction. They respected mine, and my neighbors property. They cleaned up very well after they were finished. They finished everything as if it were their own.

Went well, however some of the plants died quickly but they came back and replaced them.

Called Pavlin's to aerate my yard. Phone contact was courteous and professional. Said they would call the day before they come out and they did. I was out when they came and did the aeration. When I came home at first I thought they were a no show as I expected to see plugs all over the driveway and sidewalk. One look at my lawn however showed I was mistaken. Many, many plugs everywhere in the lawn but none anywhere else. Always had to do the cleanup myself before Pavlin's. Been getting my yard aerating for 35 years and this was by far the best job. See you next spring Pavlin's!

They did an excellent job. Due to the tremendous amount of rain we received the completion of the work took longer than expected. Overall they did an excellent job.

I no longer have time to deal with this, so it's been a huge relief to have reliable service and for a reasonable cost. I was initially worried when I called Pavlin's that my yard wouldn't be big enough to make it worth their while, but they didn't hesitate to come and provide a quote (unlike another service provider I called). Last week I called to schedule some additional services and they were upfront about likely timing. I can't be more pleased.

Showed when they said. Worked without a break to install the new lawn. Gave us instructions on how to care for the new lawn, and cleaned up before leaving.
