Good! Decided to mow my own lawn

They worked for a long, full day pulling out weeds and preparing the mulch beds, then installing the mulch It went very well.

I have been using them for over six years. They do a wonderful job. They are prompt, courteous, and dependable. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

We were readying my father's house to put it on the market. They did a wonderful job giving the house great curb appeal. When they finished, it almost looked like a new house outside. The house sold to the first people who saw it. Kudos to Pavlin's! I have asked them to come out and look at my own yard. I highly recommend them.

they came with their own dump truck like trucks and lawn vacuums. we have 3 lots and they were done in about an hour.

Pavlin's is a pleasure to work with - does great work, very prompt service and fair pricing. Lawn looks great and we are able to be completely hands off and still have a great appearance for our yard and flower areas. Strongly recommend them to anyone in area, very dependable on service and reasonably priced. My one complaint is that they're often hard to contact. I have them keep payment information on file, but periodically there will be an unpaid invoice sent, and 2 or more calls will be required to get in touch with them to verify information and resolve. Quoting for additional work often follows the same problem - had a cycle of 5 or 6 calls with them the last time I wanted to expand service before I could get them to start doing more work.

It went FABULOUS! I can't say enough positive things about Pavlin. They have a customer for life. First, they had excellent customer service. They were easy to get in contact with as they have someone covering the phones. We did have to leave occasional messages while working out some details, so I assumed they were SWAMPED as the season really got underway. They were very quick to come out to give us an estimate and were on time. They priced our projects separately as we requested in the event we decided to only have some of the projects done. We had a hard deadline due to a family party at our house, and I believe Pavlin rearranged some things to make sure they fit our work in which was VERY appreciated (we tried to give them about 4-6 weeks notice once we knew our party date, but it was also during an extremely busy time in June/July). The work was all done in 1 day by 3 workers who stayed late to get all the work done. The results were beautiful. I almost cried when I saw how good the playground area looked after years of frustration and trying to figure out ourself how to get it cleaned up. They even accommodated a few late adds to the project - areas I forgot to ask to have done when they first came out for the estimate. They also pulled out 3-4 dead bushes that were not in the original estimate (so the workers were very conscientious of their work) as well as dealing with some bee nest issues in the beds they were working on. The workers were very professional, and the owner came out the morning of the project to touch base with us (my husband was at the house the day of the work). I would recommend Pavlin in a heartbeat and with no reservations.

They did an excellent job. Our sprinkler system was destroyed in a few places due to past construction projects, and they were able to fix the issues and did so in a timely manner. Other companies wanted to wait for months before they could come out and other companies said it could not be fixed that they were recommending a whole new system

Both jobs were done well, on time, and for the price quoted. Cleaned up after themselves, left nothing behind. Very nice and polite workers.

We started using thewm on a weekly basis starting about May 1st and they do a really good job. Its $ 35. per week and I am totally satisfied with their work and will continue to use them.

They did an ok job. I would have like to see them clean up a bit more afterwards, but they did exactly what I asked for.

They do a very nice job. My grass looks nice, the yard is nicely edged and the clippings are picked up. I used a few others that I did not like because they were sloppy but these guys are great. Also they have someone on the phones so they are easy to get a hold of. And she is real nice too.

They were good. We had used them before and they did a good job so we decided to use them again.

They also mowed the yard and edged. They hauled away all of the clippings. They arrived as scheduled and did a good job.

It was very good. They were thorough and made sure that everything was taken care of as asked. They were all very pleasant.

They showed up on-time on the agreed-upon day, but worked short a person most of the day and were here longer than agreed. The owner/manager showed up as it was getting dark and did address my concerns regarding stumps that were left exposed. They had to return a second day to finish. Overall it was satisfactory, though I do feel that greater oversight and attention to detail was warranted and I shouldn't have had to have a debate about an agreed upon detail (all stumps below grade.)

Pavlin's Yard Maintenance exceeded my expectations! My yard has never looked so great! The team was fast, efficient, took my leaves with them and even helped me remove a TV and Entertainment Center from my living room! I will definately be using their services again!

Pavlins replaced the retaining wall and shrubs in my front yard, cut out a new bed, removed vegetation in two areas and filled with river rock, transplanted some plants, cut around and refreshed flower beds, leveled and planted grass seed in part of yard damaged by too much rain and cut out a firepit ring. The team did a fabulous job on all of the above. They were efficient, professional, and accommodating to small changes in the project. They did a great job at removal of all waste especially during the removal of the original retaining wall. Pavlins also performs weekly yard maintenance. I've been very, very pleased with the maintenance work as well.

Crew arrived at promised time. Work done in timely manner, asked for detailed instructions to clarify some directions. Very friendly and professional crew. Estimate was correct, no surprises on the day of work.
