Roberto and Len were very nice. When Len came out to the house he explained the various units and recommended the lower end unit because of the square footage I had in the house. Roberto came out, and while he had to spend the entire day doing the work alone, he did a very nice job, was very pleasant, and left everything very clean. I had a very good experience with the company and would recommend them.

Len's installed the system two years ago. I was impressed that Len himself came out to talk to me when I called about getting central air. He also came here on the day of the installation to ensure that the work was done properly. He was professional and friendly. The man sent to do the annual check today was also polite and professional. I highly recommend this company.

1)THEY DID EVERYTHING IN ONE DAY. THEY CAME IN EARLY AND GOT EVERYTHING DONE BY THREE O'CLOCK. ONE MAN WORKED OUTSIDE AND TWO WORKED INSIDE. 2) I COULD NOT READ THE LOWER RIGHT HAND TEMPERATURE NUMBERS, THEY SENT A SERVICEMAN TO CHECK IT OUT WHO SAID WHEN THE AC COMES ON I WOULD BE ABLE TO READ IT BUT I CANNOT, THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $4 FOR THE BATTERIES BUT I WOULD NOT PAY FOR THEM BECAUSE THE OWNER MENTIONED NONE OF THAT. THE OWNER JUST TOLD THE SERVICEMAN TO CHARGE ME FOR THE BATTERIES. THE SERVICEMAN ALSO KNOCKED THE COVER ON THE TABLE AND THEN THE FLOOR WHEN HE OPENED THE THERMOSTAT.

They came out the very next day in the morning. Diagnosed the problem as a burned up motor. They tried to sell me a new furnace telling me they could install it the very next day, but a $375 bill for a new motor on a 14 year old furnace opposed to spending more then $3,000 for a new furnance does not seem practical to me. No problems with the furnace since the motor has been replaced.

THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE THE NECESSARY TOOLS OR PARTS IN THE TRUCK THAT THEY BROUGHT, AND BASICALLY HAD TO "MAKE DO" WITH WHAT THEY DID HAVE WHICH SEEMED A BIT STRANGE. THEY DID GET THE LINER IN ALTHOUGH I WOULD NOT CALL THEM AGAIN.

Very good. They were neat and very fast. Only took about six hours. Best price I could find. Very good clean up.

DID THEIR WORK, STUCK TO IT, ANSWERED QUESTIONS. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP. DID A GREAT JOB.

THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND DID GREAT WORK. THE MAN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THAT WERE AVAILABLE AND MADE GOOD SUGGESTIONS FOR MY NEED. HE WAS ABLE TO SHOW ME THE HIGHER ENERGY EFFICIENCY RATINGS AND EXPLAIN HOW I WOULD RECOUP MY MONEY IN SAVINGS FROM A LOWER ENERGY BILL. HE WAS RIGHT. MY BILL DID LOWER RIGHT AWAY AND I'VE BEEN VERY HAPPY.

THEY PUT CARDBOARD DOWN SO THEY WOULDN'T SCRAPE THE FLOOR, THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CALLED BEFORE THEY CAME. CLEANED UP THEIR MESS.

COMPARED TO OTHER A/C DEALERS IN THE AREA, LEN'S TOOK THE TIME TO SIT DOWN AND EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCES IN UNIT EFFICIENCIES, ETC. THEY WERE DEPENDABLE AND COURTEOUS.

ALWAYS ON TIME. VERY FRIENDLY. TOTAL TIME AT JOB SITE ON INSTALLATION DAY WAS 6 HRS. 10 MIN. THIS INCLUDED CLEAN UP TIME. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP ON INSTALLING, CAME ON TIME AS PROMISED AND EXTREMELY NEAT WORK.

THIS WAS NOT A REPLACEMENT SO ADDITIONAL ELECTRIC AS WELL AS COOLANT LINES HAD TO BE INSTALLED.

WAYNE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHY THE PROBLEM WAS OCCURRING. LEN''S WILL BE MY FIRST CHOICE WHEN I UPGRADE MY FURNACE AND I''LL BE ASKING FOR WAYNE TO DO THE INSTALLATION.

THEY WERE AWESOME! I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE. THEY GAVE ME A FREE 10 YEAR WARRANTY THROUGH TRANE ALSO! THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, AND THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION VERY WELL, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THAT IT WAS VERY HOT AND THEY WERE WAY BOOKED UP. I HAVENT HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM SINCE DAY ONE, I COULDNT BE HAPPIER. THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THEY PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. HAD JOB COMPLETED IN 2 DAYS. PUT BACK EVERYTHING IN BASEMENT LIKE IT WAS.
