Great! They started and finished exactly when promised. The condo looks great, and anything that was not exactly as I wanted was promptly changed. Doug even helped with color coordination!

The overall final job was good for the price compared to other quotes. However, the final cost was $500 more than the written quote due to "unforeseen" work, Also, the original verbal quote was lower than the written one, and there were major discrepancies in written details that required clarification. The job was quoted as two full days, but due to late starts and additional work, it stretched out to four days plus part of the next morning. This could have been avoided with better scheduling and communication. However, the workers and Doug were respectful and pleasant.

Doug was very professional from beginning to end. He was on site for half the project and came back to inspect the job that his staff had completed. Doug was meticulous with his inspection and came back himself to correct and touch up a few areas that he felt did not meet his standards. We will surely contact Finish Concepts again when we need to paint and will highly recommend Doug and his company to anyone! Thank you Doug!

Doug and his team did a fabulous job painting the interior of our home. Everyone was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They arrived on time and all work was completed within the timeframe provided in advance. Top quality paint and supplies were used, purchased by Doug with his contractor discount. They completely cleaned up after themselves - other than the faint aroma of paint you wouldn't know they were there! It was a pleasure working with Finish Concepts. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for all residential painting projects.

Finish Concepts did an excellent job on all areas where work was performed. The crew was punctual and professional, arriving at my home at the time they said they'd be there which was much appreciated. They also used quality Sherwin Williams Duration paint. It was good. The quality of the job he did was very good. He was very good; he came and gave me an estimate and then he set up the time and then he came out. I think it might have taken him a day and a half to do the paint. His punctuality was good. I did not get other estimates.

Everything turned out fine. He was here on time and he finished it up in good time. He didn't put me off and say that he has to finish some other job like some of them do. He started the job and finished it in a good amount of time. I was satisfied. If I needed anything done I would call him again.

Like clock work. Scheduled time for walk through and was able to quickly provide estimate for both jobs. Because of the work that needed to be done, the job took 3-days. At the end of each work day the job-site was cleaned up and organized for the next day. Very happy with the outcome - looks great ! We would highly recommend Finish Concepts without hesitation, and will certainly consider using them for painting needs in the future. We read reviews on multiple painting contractors here on AL, and Finish's high reviews were a large part of our hiring decision. We were not disappointed--in fact it was one of the best contractor experiences we have had. Doug was very helpful and professional during our initial meeting, and all subsequent contacts (phone and in person). His expertise steered us in the right direction to maintain our deck and improve its appearance. Doug was on site for the entire job, and his crew was very efficient and pleasant to have around. During the project, there wasn't a time when they weren't working diligently. We have young children, and they were very patient with their interest in the project. Finish was able to begin our job sooner than expected, which was great. The deck looks much, much, much better than it did before, and the crew was professional enough to come back and touch up after an unexpected rain storm passed shortly after they finished the job. We didn't even ask for this. We were pleased that the deck was brushed, rather than sprayed. It looks very well, protected our siding, and allowed us to use two colors of stain. The only quibble we have---and it's very small---is that we didn't get the written estimate as quickly as expected, and it was higher than the original verbal quote. When we noted this, Doug immediately honored his original price. That and a slightly later start time than quoted on the 2nd day of work are the only reasons I gave a "B" for punctuality. Neither were a big deal, and we hope these small issues will not prevent anyone from hiring Finish, b/c their work is excellent and their overall professionalism is very high. Finish initially appeared to be one of the higher quotes we received. However, once we asked some more questions, and got to the details of how the project would be completed, they were by far the best value for the money. We are very glad we hired Finish Concepts, and we're enjoying our deck again.

Everything went extremely well. All cracks in the walls were repaired and professional suggestions were made for any issues with the home that could not be repaired with paint and caulk. All kitchen cabinets were wiped free of dust as they painted the kitchen walls and floor boards. Even the kitchen floor was mopped and each room was thoroughly vacuumed as part of the finishing details. When the crew arrived and we had any concern, it was immediately addressed. It was just nice to ask one time and the crew took care of the request. We felt so comfortable with Finish Concepts working in our home. Thank you so much Guys!

Doug was personable from the start and made an ordinary task more enjoyable. Him and his staff were timely and respectful and got the job done quicker than expected. We were moving in and needed a quick turnaround with very little notice and Doug was extremely accommodating. The job was flawless and I couldn't have expected more!

They helped pick out some colors that was a huge help and they were in out and out quickly without disrupting business. They were very clean and respectful to all and we would use them again!

Doug came and bid on the project and came in a little lower than another quote. We would have used him even if it was a little higher because of the positive experience with him in the past. He was able to fit us in the next week and did a wonderful job. This was a property we were selling and several prospective buyers commented how nice and fresh the house looked. We were very pleased that he cleaned up completely after the job was finished.

Absolute worst experience of my life. Never showed up on time and worked about 3 hours per day. Slopped paint all over my brand new cabinets and wood floors. Scratched up my brand new appliances. If you want the absolute worst painter in Cleveland you found your guy.

Doug and his assistant showed up on time, were very professional, and great to work with. It took them 2.5 days to completed the project and it looks great. Doug had good suggestions on color choices and he painted sample swatches on the walls before choosing the final color. He even installed a new light fixture in my upstairs hall and stabilized my shaky railing without charging extra. My only issue was that it was more expensive than other quotes I got.

All work was done when we were told it would be and Doug and his guys did excellent work.

He was very thorough, made sure that every detail was completed, moved unscrew light fixtures and the switch, I was very very happy.
