It was a pleasant experience from start to finish to work with Doug and his team. When we accepted his quote, Doug emailed us all his insurance info. They showed up on time, worked quickly, paid attention to details and gave us amazing results at a great price. Very courteous and professional. We had a couple of holes that needed to be patched and they did an excellent job repairing them. We also had a feature wall that we wanted painted to “make a statement.” When the first strokes of paint went on, my husband and I looked to each other and we knew we had made a mistake with the paint color. They quickly accommodated our change of plans. I highly recommend them and will use Finish Concepts in the future!

I was very impressed with these guys, from the fact that they were able to do the job within a week of the quote (which was key to me), to the good price and, most importantly, the guy they had working on my place (Ed was his name) was a great guy who did a truly wonderful job. Very good detail and consistency on all walls and trim and I am very pleased. The house looks like new again, no kidding! I definitely recommend these guys. They have A+ ratings for a reason.

The work was started when they said it would be started and was completed on time. It was professionally done by friendly workers.

Used basement dryloc type paint and second coat finish paint on basement concrete block. Also 2 coats on basement floor. They did a fantastic job. Very prompt very neat.

I can’t say enough good things about Finish Concepts Pro Painting. The job they did was outstanding! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work done and the time frame they were able to complete it in. In a total of less than 10 hours, Doug’s two man crew, repaired all the walls and painted two coats of paint. The work was great and I couldn’t be happier with the job. They didn't take any shortcuts and did a great job covering all of our cabinets, floors, and entryways to keep the dust to a minimal amount. Doug, Mike, and Demitre are really nice guys and nice people to have in your home!

Great! Doug gave me his recommendations as far as what he felt I should paint and what I really didn't need to do. He also advised me regarding color choices and changing the color of my trim to give the condo an updated fresher look. It looks great! I appreciate the company's attention to detail and they even surprised me with some extras.

I was trying to sell my house, and Finish Concepts came over to paint. Doug helped me pick colors and made suggestions I would never think of. Made things a lot easier! They painted the entire home including ceilings. Everything looks great. Cleanup was also fantastic! I would highly recommended this crew.

I contracted with Doug on June 29th 2017, with the anticipated start date of the project to be the first week of September 2017. That date came and went, and when i contacted Doug, he stated they were behind schedule on other jobs due to the rain. I understood, and more time went by, contacted him again about doing my project, and he again offered excuses as to why they haven't begun yet, but he assured me they would be here shortly. That went on a few more times, and here we are, it's November 1st 2017, and he still hasn't started, nor has he returned my emails. Now, it looks like it's too late into the season to do my job because of weather, and it'll have to be put off till next year. Not what i wanted.

The job went very well. They showed up on time, they completed the job timely (when they said they would) and they did a good, professional job in painting.

Doug, Brian and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job. They exceeded expectations. We got the entire house painted - ceiling to floor in about 2 weeks, just in time for the move in. Doug, the owner, and the whole 4-man crew were extremely professional and courteous. They were flexible enough to repaint the fireplace after we decided that we didn't like the color. I recently had my foyer and great room painted by Finish Concepts. I can't say enough good things. They showed up on time every day and the finished work was excellent. Doug answered all my questions and got back to me quickly anytime I needed something. All of the workers were friendly and awesome to deal with.
