+ 0 moreI had such a wonderful experience. Tony came out and gave me an estimate that was much less than I expected. He was prompt and was easy to get in touch with. The work was originally scheduled for the 3rd week in June but he had a cancellation and was kind enough to call and ask if he could move me up. When the guys came to power wash, I inadvertently left the windows and door open and they called to inform me of this and I was able to run home and close them up. The staining occurred the following week and I couldn't be happier! It looks fantastic, the water beads up, and I couldn't be happier.

+ 1 moreTony Chihil came out and provided written estimate of work. This is one of many franchises, so we want to make sure this review is providing feedback on the Desk Rescue out of Hinckley, OH. Sean and Josh did the actual work. They power washed one day and then stained the next day. While they were working on the fence, we asked if they could power wash the roof of our shed. This wasn't part of our original estimate. The estimate for the fence was $725 and they charged us $250 for the shed roof. We were very pleased with all the work.
Description of Work: Power washed 129 feet of picket fence and applied two coats of Wolman toner to all surfaces (front and back). Also power washed moss off roof of shed.

+ 0 moreWhile the deck was old , they did a great job in washing it and staining it. We especially appreciated the time and care they took to not get any of the paint on our new siding. When they got a little dirt on the diding in the pressure washing , we caled and they came out the next am to get it off. They kept us posted about when they would be out due to the weather delays. A real pleasure in dealing with them.
Description of Work: They pressure washed a big deck and balcony and then stained it with an opaque stain.

Description of Work: Tony, was outstanding. This is the best experience I have had with a contractor at my home ever!!!! He returned phone calls within hours, showed up when he said he would or called when he thought the weather was going to delay the powerwashing and staining of my deck and swingset. Description of Work: Our deck was power washed and stained. Tony phoned to confirm the date he would do the work, then performed the job when he said he would. He was very neat and the deck looks great! He even called after he completed the job to check if the work was satisfactory.
