I have always been very satisfied with their service except for the crew who came out last time. They weren’t quite as sharp as I usually see from them. But they still did an excellent job in getting my carpets cleaned. My carpets were particularly dirty this time as I have 3 big dogs and a very small space and I let it go way longer than I should have. The reason I keep going back to them is because of their consistency and they always get the carpeting clean.

They were very punctual and very conscientious. They are concerned about their customers, but the results were not as good as we had hoped. It wasn’t exactly their fault either. We had white carpets and had put it over the flooring of the previous owners. They had big dogs and when Stanley Steemer cleaned the white carpeting it brought up the pet stains from the previous owners’ dogs. Now there are huge brown pet stains on our brand new white carpets. We can’t get rid of it now, and we would probably have to do away with our carpets for which we paid a lot. They came back and tried to get rid of the stains, but it helped only a little bit. Stanley Steemer sends their crew out as often as it takes to fix an issue if we keep calling. They wouldn’t charge us for it, and that is very, very nice. They were really good when it came to customer service.

I like their spot cleaning, they are very thorough. They come out pretty quickly and provide great service.

They did the job in 2 steps on 2 different weeks: (1) Cleaned the furniture; (2) cleaned the rugs at their shop. They gave us advice about rug pads which had spawned black spots over the year. We ordered new pads, since they could not do anything about the spots. They also could not help us on the stained floor. They did bring different rug pad samples. We ordered several and they cut them to size. So far (it is now September), the pads are working well.

We had the tiles, grot and the carpeting of the whole house cleaned. They carpeting was perfectly clean and I was pleased with the way the carpets make out. The tiles were fabulous and the house looks brand new.

I was very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They are ok, nothing special. It doesn't take very long to clean the carpets. They are usually done in forty five minutes. The experience has been ok. They are polite and trained to do what they do. They are professional. I have no complaints. The carpets look ok, but they are old.

They do a great job. They are professional and know how to clean a carpet. My carpets look beautiful when they are finished. They give me advise on the care of my carpet. I bought some cleaning products from them.

They made the appointment but also called just before they came. They were professional and knowledgeable as what to use on what kind of stain. I am happy with the way my furniture looks.

The company did a very effective job of cleaning my carpets, moved the items that I asked them to move and were careful around pieces of furniture that I told them to leave in place. It had been about five years since the carpet had been cleaned, so there was a large amount of traffic pattern dirt and a number of stains. They were careful to pre-spot and heavily pre-spot where needed. There was a significant before and after color change to the carpet. They arrived prior to the phone call stating that they were coming and were in the very early part of the window of time I had been given. The two workers were efficient and worked well as a team, being respectful of me and my property. The only suggestion to improve future service would be to reduce the sales pitches for extra services of deodorizing and stain protection (once on the phone when I made the appointment and at least three times during the visit) and the additional products of the floor mat and cleaning products which were offered once.

The crew was nice and efficient. They did a much better job than the previous cleaners we had. They were punctual and called ahead before they came. Since our carpet is old they did the best job they could.

Overall they did a decent job with carpet cleaning. Steam cleaning of tile grout was very helpful.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, 2 small kids and white carpeting. They were very nice and professional. There was no pressure to buy the items I purchased, but I am very happy with the items. They were very professional and came quickly.

Stanley Steamer came out and cleaned our carpets. They called before arriving and did a terrific job. We will use them again in the future.

I was not entirely happy with the service. I have never done this kind of cleaning before so it could be the process. I informed the company that was not satisfied and they offered to come back out to redo the work. But I would have to move the furniture again and take another half day off work and do not want to do that. They do not move "fragile" furniture but that is kind of what I needed as well. They were extremely responsive. They cleaned the carpet very quickly.

This is repeat business. We have found them to be professional & effective.

Cleaning required primarily due to the dirt and mud brought in from the outdoors by two dogs. Family room also a heavy traffic area, but the carpet cleaners had no problems restoring the carpeting to a clean state. Deodorizing and soil guard were also applied.

TWO MEN WORKED STEADILY & EFFECTIVELY INSPITE OF HAVING 5 GOLDEN RETRIEVERS WATCHING. THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING & SPOT CLEANING AS NEEDED. THIS WAS THE BEST CARPET CLEANING I HAVE EVER HAD DONE.

Always punctual and very professional. We always ask for Damian as we like his work and crew the best. Very efficient, cleaning is done very well. My only complaint is they try to sell you more than what you originally wanted, so I get talked into protect and deodorize, although it probably does help. Final price though is way more than I budgeted.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH STANLEY STEEMER WAS EXCELLENT. I HAD USED THEM IN THE PAST AND WAS PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS BOTH TIMES. THE TEAM WERE ON TIME AND VERY EFFICIENT WHILE THEY WERE IN MY HOME. THE CARPET CAME OUT VERY CLEAN AND THE STAIN PROTECTION THEY USED REALLY WORKS. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE MY CAT OCCASIONALLY THROWS UP HAIRBALLS ON THE CREAM CARPET. I USE THE STANLEY STEEMER SPOT CLEANER AND THE HAIRBALLS HAVE NEVER LEFT A STAIN OR A SPOT ON THE CARPET.

VERY NICE PEOPLE. BOSS CAME OUT AND CHECKED OUT HOW THINGS WERE GOING. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AS WELL. DID A GREAT JOB!

OVERALL STANLEY STEAMER DID A GOOD JOB. THEY MOVED MOST OF THE FURNITURE, REPLACED IT WHERE IT WAS, AND PUT BARRIERS UNDER THE LEGS AND WHEELS OF FURNITURE TO PROTECT THE CARPET WHILE DRYING. MOST OF THE SPOTS WERE REMOVED. AS THE CARPET DRIED A BROWN SPOT THE SIZE OF A DINNER PLATE EMERGED ON MY BERBER CARPET. I CALLED THEM BACK, AND SOMEONE CAME OUT TO TREAT THE SPOT AT NO CHARGE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND WAS ALSO PLEASED WITH THE PRICE.

WE HAD A VERY FINE EXPERIENCE. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, WORKED EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY, DID A SUPERIOR JOB, AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

WE THOUGHT THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF THEIR SHOES SINCE THIS WAS CARPET CLEANING, EITHER TAKE THEM OFF OR WEAR COVERS (I SAW PLUMBERS DO THAT). THEY JUST STEPPED IN TO OUR HOUSE, WENT UPSTAIRS AND DOWN STAIRS WITH THEIR SHOES ON. WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE THE CARPET LOOKED CLEANER, BUT WE THOUGHT IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.
