Work went very well. Installer did a very nice job of cleaning up after the work was completed.

Service went just as described and just about as long as they initially estimated. The tub looks brand new and the grab bars are very secure.

Serviceman arrived timely - clearly marked truck.... started immediately - made me aware of time it would take - only took about 20 min more than he anticipated, the tub looks brand new!

They were quite responsive, scheduled the work quickly, and provided helpful instructions on how to care for the newly restored areas. They were also very friendly and professional. I really appreciated that they came back to take care of some bubbles that had formed in the coating they previously applied and at no additional cost.

It was an excellent experience. They came on time, like they said they were, very professional, covered everything in the bathroom, cleans up when they were done and they said they would be back the next morning to finish the caulking and everything on the tub. They showed up again on time, finished it up, the tub looks great. They did the tub and the surrounded walls and it just looks amazing. I was really really pleased with them. I would definitely use them again and if anybody thinking about using them they would make a really good choice.

Tech (Ivan) was punctual and professional. Told me what needed to be done and explained what he would be doing. Gave me instructions on not using tub for 24 hrs. to let it cure. The chip is completely gone you wouldn't even know that there was a chip in this tub.

It worked out very, very well. They came when they said they would come. They explained the process to me about how it would be a two or three day process until I could use the tub again. It has been a couple years and I have not had any problems with the tub. Because it is an old tub, there were a couple dimples in the porcelain and it was not a smooth manufactured finish. The technician recommended to smooth it out, but I wanted to keep the character of tub. He was able to refinish the bathtub and keep its dimples so that it still matches my sink. They did a great job. They did exactly what they said and taped everything off so there would not be over-spray everywhere. I had a restoration expert come out to look at my house. He happened to see the bathtub and said how great the tub looked. The porcelain was so worn away where the water faucet is that you could see the metal. Now, the tub looks brand new. I recommended Miracle Method to this restoration expert as he wanted to have a company who could restore a bathtub

They were easy to schedule with and very responsive. The grout work they did did not hold. They were willing to come out and fix the work but ti did not stay either. They gave us a refund for trying to fix the work. I appreciate their dedication.

The technicians were prompt and courteous. The process to refinish our cultured marble sink/countertop and bathtub deck took two days. The smell was quite strong but dissipated over the course of the day. The technicians were careful to mask off the room and cabinets from any overspray and left the room very clean. They made sure we were completely satisfied with the refinishing and did not complain when we asked for a very small area to be retouched. The color and finish was exactly as the sample. We are very pleased with the results and would consider using them again.

MIracle Method of Parma sent out Anthony another technician. I was concerned about his knowledge base and skill set, however, again it surpassed my ecpectactions. The house was built in the 30's and I wanted to restore the bathroom to its original character while updating it. Originally, Mr. Gorski had suggested white for the walls and having the floor done as well in a comparable match that would go with anything. The floor finish was perfect. I am extremely pleased. The whole process from start to finish was done competently and Anthony was very professional as well as helpful.

He did exactly what they said they would do and they did it one day should they would do it. And they do it for what they said they would charge. I was extremely happy with them. We actually went to their showroom and there was a lady named Amy, and she was quite knowledgeably helpful. Then a young man came out and did the actual work. His name is Anthony, he was a very polite young man. We had no bad experiences with them.There was a slight problem but they step right up and took care of it immediately.

The process itself went very well from the priming to the final grouting around the tub. This is a porcelain tub and the original tub in a house built in 1924. Over the years, the finish had deteriorated because of normal use and use of caustic chemicals. I was not sure how it would turn out but was very happy with the final result. When the grouting around the tub remained sticky, the technician came out immediately to redo it.

This is by nature a very messy job. They did a nice job of sealing up all the cracked, leaky grout. They also did a nice job on the clean up and the tub area looked very nice.

!Countertops were laminate with a wood trim edge which was very dated looking. Anthony took time and attention to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction - very easy to work with & communicate with. He had to go back and refill the edge where the laminate met the wood trim on the second day as after it had all dried overnight, there was a visible line in some places. He truly wanted to make sure that we got the very best finish possible. In the end the kitchen looks 10 times better than it did before and I feel the process was a good value. I'd considered doing this as a DIY project and in the end & seeing the process, I'm really glad I went with a professional

An appointment was made right away and the worker showed up promptly and was very efficient. However, the way that the Big Deal is worded is a bit misleading because it sounds like the total amount of the deal is for only $200. However, that is just for the beginning. The total cost was at least twice that much. I am glad I spent the extra money and am still quite happy after 1 and 1/2 years.

We called, they priced - over the phone without seeing the tub first -, we dropped off, we picked up, we installed. Very nice experience.

Everystep is completely explained plus they have a showroom which helps you visualize in your mind how it will look at your home. very professional and clean I would use them again

Overall, i am pleased with the results. However, the process was a bit painful. It took three house visits to get the tub right. Drips in the paint, poor application, didn't tell me if I didn't have the slip protector the tub would be insanely slippery. Person who came to my house to do the work was extremely unprofessional and it was apparent he did not want to do his job.....so much so after his second visit I requested they send someone else who could get the job done right. Took 5 house visits. If it weren't for the very professional and determined supervisor they would be getting a worse review and I would not be using them again. I honestly think it was a bad employee I got stuck with. I think overall this is a good company.

Great. It took a bit to get on their schedule as they were really busy. But they showed up on time and the first day did a prep and prime of the surface and the next day came back to polish and clean up. It is holding up very well however we have had some issues with the caulking however I think that is the nature of caulk not the workmanship.
