Miracle Method Of Cleveland

Miracle Method quoted me a price over the phone and when the technicians arrived it was $550.00 more. I called the office and they agreed to an additional $450.00 . I was not pleased but needed the work done. The technicians ripped dry wall off my walls surrounding the bath tub they had refinished. The management said they can't help it if some areas have too much moisture and that they use very expensive tape around the walls. Ultimately they offered to fix the drywall but it would require a $160.00 service fee.

Overall well. Jordan our service rep was punctual, worked on task and completed the job in a timely manner. The tub looks great, this is the second time we have had it refinished. The tub is cast iron with a porcelain surface and we love it. When he did the countertops he had some difficulty in making the bullnose edge of one area meet smoothly with another. His supervisor came out and we worked it out. The counters and backsplash look great at half the cost of replacement.

Excellent from start to finish !! Highly recommend this Cleveland/ north Olmsted Miracle Method. I live in Canton & paid a little extra for them to travel - worth every penny!

I contacted them thru Angie's List, received an email back with phone number to call the next morning. Set up an appointment and they completed the job in less than a week. The tub had rust and small chipping by drain. They stripped the tub and refinished and now looks like new. This is a rental property and this is the second time I used them excellent work. The first time was over 10 years ago different property and that tub still looks great. Bill

We had our sons bathtub refinished as a gift after he updated his bathroom. We went to the show room and were impressed with how good the work they did on tubs looked. The refinisher that came was on time but refused to start the job untill our son signed a liablitiy waver. He signed it and after the work was finished we noticed there was refinishing product on the side of the toliet, caulk smeared up the grout on the tile around the tub and a spot of caulk on the floor tile that he can not get out. We didnt call Miricle Method because he signed the waver but I wanted to let other people know that while the tub looks good they are expensive and not careful to fully protect and clean the areas surounding the tub while working on it and after they are done. The sales person told us to finish remodeling the bathroom before having the bathtub refinished but we should have had it done first.

Made this appointment with Miracle Method several weeks in advance. They fully explained the process, on the phone. Pricing was also explained well. I used a $50 off coupon from Angie's List. They happily accepted it. They re-supported the tub, underneath, sealed all cracks, and totally re-finished the tub and surrounding walls, and the outside front. Did a terrific job. Very professional and polite. Did not spill a drop of any of the products used. I had just had new flooring installed and re-painted the walls, so I was concerned. I needn't have worried. He was on time both days. I am very happy and had no problems at all. If I had another bathtub, I'd use them again! P.S. way cheaper than Bath Fitter!

Excellent from start to finish. Returned my call promptly and free quote walkthrough scheduled quickly. They squeezed me in and was able to get onto their work schedule soon after. Goodbye 50-year-old hot pink bathroom and Hello shiny white wall tile that looks brand new. If I knew how good it could look, I would have hired Miracle Method long ago. Mistakenly, I thought you only “painted” ugly tile as a half-measure because it would not look like tile and it would be very temporary disguise. Uh, no. It’s like a new bathroom. I’m obsessed with it. Javier was the consummate professional. Arrived promptly, prepared everything carefully, and let us know what to expect every step of the way. When he announced that he was finished, I was almost afraid to look. Seriously, we were like one of those HGTV couples seeing the big reveal. OMG! OMG! It’s so beautiful! I love my new bathroom! I could not recommend Miracle Method more highly. Just do it. You will be thrilled just like me.

It went well. They did exactly what they said they would do. They said if anything goes wrong that all I have to do is call them back and they will stand behind their work and their warranty. I did not get the built-in tub mat because it was $85.00 extra but I wish I would have because I was told not to use any adhesive or suction cups. I was told to use a foam tub mat. When I went to buy one, they all have suction cups. I will check with the company because they might sell one, although it may be pricey. Cost would have been $595.00 but with Angie's List discount it was $545.00. I had to wait for a month or longer for an appointment.

I originally contacted a miracle method shop in Fort Wayne Indiana. They apparently closed up before getting to my job. So the Cleveland shop took over the job and a technician traveled from Cleveland to Fort Wayne to do the work. Seemed to go OK, but I have had some intermittent unidentified leaking since they finished. I hesitate to call them on it until I can identify the source of the leak because of the distance. I don't know if it is related to their work. A leaking cracked tub was the main reason for the repair. There is another shop in town that would have done the job for $1400 as opposed to $1800. I think I probably should have hired them, but can't know for sure. The repair procedure described by Miracle method sounded as if the tub floor foundation support would be more substantial than the other shop's but the tub floor still flexes more than it should. If I were to have this type of work done again I would not do it in the winter when the house needs to be closed up. The chemical solvent smell was very strong afterwords for over a week. I left the bathroom window open for three days after the job even though it was not ideal weather for it. A hint of the paint odor still lingers weeks later.

From start to finish everything went great. I couldn't be happier with the way the tub turned out. The work was done quickly and efficiently, the area was kept very clean and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Needed two outdated formica countertops re-done. Very affordable compared to a tear-out. Work was meticulous and the result is beautiful. Other than two new countertops, you would never know they were there. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

It's a 100 year old house. Then at the end of 2011 the downstairs had been done, but the upstairs was still in the 1916 style. It had the old farm sink and those cupboards. I swear those women in the old days had to walk around with a stepladder to get at their dishes. The countertop was so low between the cupboards and the counters you couldn't even put a toaster on there. So another company came and gutted the whole kitchen and put in a new kitchen for us. And the shower came out of the middle of the bathroom ceiling over the tub, so that other company fixed all that for us. Miracle Method came out and refinished the tub in the downstairs unit and the countertop in the downstairs unit. They also did all the tile in the bathroom because it was the black and white check. Upstairs they refinished all the tile and redid the bathtubs for us. Turns out he, Andy the owner, is a fireman, my husband was a policeman. He was just starting off when they did our kitchen for us. He did the job himself. Over the years now he has trained people to do it for him.

My daughter and the grandkids are living in our house on another street, and the tub started to peel. So it's only guaranteed for 5 years, but it's last all those years since 07. They're real happy with it.

He did another house for us, and then when we moved here the tenants had destroyed the tile on the bathroom wall. I don't know what the h*ll they were doing. I don't know if they never used the vent or what. Another company came in and stripped all the tiles off because there were a few tiles they knocked of fin the shower. The bathtub was pink, the toilet was pink, the sink was pink and the tile was burgundy. When the other company put in a new tub surround and stripped all the tile off the wall I just had Miracle Method come out and they redid the tub in white, and we replaced the toilet and sink. Well I put a vanity in here. But he had a worker come and do the job, but then he came himself and looked over the job.
