I left a message for Miracle Method of Cleveland on Good Friday afternoon (when they were probably closed), and they called me back promptly the following Monday morning. We set up an appointment to refinish my tub on 05/08-05/09/2014. The technician showed up on time both days, and was very conscientious about venting the fumes from his work and cleaning up after himself. I was hoping the Miracle Method process would fill in and level out more of the gouges and scratches in my 1956 tub, but my expectations may have been a bit too high on that account. Also, there was some overspray onto my shower wall tiles (but it is white on white so not very noticeable), a few drips of the product ended up on my floor grout, and there are three shiny 2.5" circles on the ledge of my tub where the technician touched things up by hand on the second day. All in all, though, my tub looks a lot better than before.

The end results are very good and the whole unit looks basically new. Exactly what we wanted and highly recommend this process for anyone wanting to change the look of an old tub/shower. Not everything with the process, however, went as good as one would hope. The repair person arrived on time both days he was here. He removed his shoes at the door, which is always appreciated. His appearance was less than professional as his clothes appeared dirty and unwashed. That did not effect the work he did, however. In going over what he would be doing he indicated that he would be taping the painted walls around the tub and basically said "Plan on paint coming off the walls." He said it in a way that made it sound like it was a given fact and he would not make any effort to limit or minimize the damage. This was after we had just painted the walls the week before in anticipation of the refinishing job because when the estimator came to give us the estimate, he said they wanted to be "the last one in" to finish up our remodeling project. I would have much preferred to repair and paint the walls AFTER the tub had been refinished than do it a second time to repair the damage done from taping the freshly painted walls. The Friday before they were to arrive on Monday morning, we got a call reminding us of our appointment. They also emailed us information on how to get ready for the refinishing job. One of the things we had to do was remove the toilet. Come on, why not give us this information at the time of the estimate (~ 8 weeks before the scheduled appointment.) The re-finisher also asked to set up a fan and run an expandable plastic tunnel to a window in the bedroom next to the bathroom to help exhaust fumes from the refinishing. I said that would be okay. Unfortunately we now have a 14" white circle on the screen from exhausting the white "paint" while refinishing the tub. Also before starting the workman indicated that the refinishing process would smooth out the bottom of the tub, making the tub surface more slippery for showers. He said he could add a slip resistant coating to the bottom of the tub to solve this problem. I said that would be fine. Imagine my surprise to see a charge for this on the final bill! There was no indication there would be an additional charge for doing this. He made it sound like he was doing us a favor so we didn't slip and fall. This extra charge was the same as the Angie's discount that they offer, basically eliminating it. All and all, we are very happy with the way the tub/shower looks, but the way the service was delivered could use some improvement to match to quality of the finished product.

They did a great job. They were very good. It looked great when they were done. They did exactly what I hired them to do.

We are very pleased! looks like we had a brand new tub and tile installed. the gentleman who completed it for us was very professional and prompt. he was very clean, laid down drop cloths everywhere he had to walk and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. we will be using them in the near future for our other bathroom.

All went well. There were tons of surface choices to choose from and you can choose straight or rounded edges. The guy who came out to do the estimate helped me choose the perfect surface to match my kitchen. The guy who did the job did great and it was done in two days.

Okay...there was a bit of miscommunication on timeframe and how long it would take. Three days, three different guys because of over booking. Employees were nice and professional. I was glad I have a job which allowed me to adjust timeframes.

Other than the fumes from the process, which they tried very hard to eliminate, everything went very well.

They were courteous and they were prompt for the appointment. They did wait they said they were going to do. There was one person here doing the work and it took 2 days to complete the job.

Went well were here when said would be and did good job. Would use again. Son used them to coat tub at his house.

My acrylic kitchen sink developed hairline cracks radiating from the disposal drain. Fiberglass was injected into te ends of the cracks to prevent more damage. Then Miracle Method spray was used on the sink. Because this is a kitchen sink which gets more usage than a tub or bathroom sink, there is no guarantee which I completely understand. If I had to take out the sink which is an undermount and replace it, the cost would have been much more since the sink was one of two kitchen sinks..that meant taking out two separate sinks, try to find one large double that would fit, and put it into the corian countertop. This way is more cost effective and hopefully will last a few years. AND it looks great. The tech was terrific..from start to finish. No wasted time and he cleaned up everything.

He is wonderful. Every time he has done something he has done a beautiful job. People should consider this option because its a money saver and the results are beautiful. Very professional, they clean up after themselves, the whole staff. They are just nice people.

They were great and I would rate them highly.

They came on time but I was not pleased with the quality of the work. Within a month the seal cracked and they did not want to come out to replace it. I also requested them to clean the shower door but they said they do not provide that service. They said I was the first to request that and refused to do it. I would not recommend their services or use them again.

A visit to the showroom beforethe work was done was helpful. Amy reassured me that my problem would be corrected and it was Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

All and all it went very well. Initially, there was some confusion in the office about times and dates. While the office staff is friendly and cooperative, it seems as if they have not been trained from the same manual. My suggestion would be to use only one contact person to save on misunderstandings. Thom the service man was great and deserves to get an "A" for being very friendly, punctual and professional. He worked well with the other construction people who were renovating my house to make sure that everything was completed on time.
