Great. had the come back and repair it after a different contractor chipped it, they did a great job.

From the time we called to the time the work was completed was approximately 3 weeks. There were no hidden charges, and everything went as they said it would. We had to remove everything out of our cabinets for approximately a week, but that's a small price to pay for the money saved compared to the prices we were getting for a total rehab.

Approximately a month ago I posted a rather negative review of Miracle Method. Within a day of posting it, a representative of Miracle Method was in touch and set up an appointment so that they could review the quality of the work. They indicated that they had let my service person go because of quality concerns. One of their senior installers came to the house to see if he could rebuff it. After looking at it briefly, he indicated that he felt that the job had to be redone to get the results I wanted. We set up an appointment about two weeks out. The installer (Rick) has just finished the work. It is absolutely beautiful. My nearly 30 year old tub looks as good as new. Thank you Miracle Method for caring about your service and the quality of your work.

The experience of Miracle Method was wonderful. We visited the store in North Olmsted and spoke to a rep. The installer was out right away with the free estimate. We have a small bathroom, so I didn't think the work or cost would be too much. It also took three weeks before they could get us on the schedule. The technicians were fantastic and worked very hard for four days. We were out of our bathroom for that amount of time but it was well worth the price.

My countertop has become a nightmare. We first have our countertop refinished with Miracle Method in January of 2015. When we used our slow-cooker for the first time it discolored the countertop. This was blamed on a “bad” batch of clear coat. Miracle Method was very nice about it, they came out and refinished our countertop and I was even allowed to change the color. The only problem was my kitchen was out of commission for two more days. Not even nine months later the edge of the countertop chips. This is totally amazing as there are only two adults in the house and we only live in this house a half of the year. They sent out the tech to repair the chip and he made the spot worst. I should have taken a magic marker and colored it in. One of Miracle Method selling points is that repair is easy not like granite or laminate. Again, they came out and refinished the countertop and we are without a kitchen for two more days. At this time we made an agreement with the owner that if we had any issues with the countertop within the next year they would refund our money and part ways. Now, the countertop is about a year and a half old, remember that we only live in this location half of the year, so less than a year of actual use and the edge of the countertop is chipping again. We had our old laminate countertop for thirty plus years and lived here year round with two children. I have sent two emails about our refund and both have been totally ignored. It is time to say good-bye to Miracle Method and get a new countertop. Refinishing with Miracle Method is NOT the way to go.

First Miracle Method Akron Franchise did work and tub chipped in first year of 5 year warranty. Akron Franchise went out of business. Contacted Miracle method who had Cleveland franchise repair the chips for $200.00 and another warranty. 3 years later ,finish again chipping. Under my so called warranty, they would fix chips for $500.00. Needless to say, a poorly run company with no understanding of product warranties. First re-glaze took 7 days. Miracle Method is the same company to me whether they are franchised in Cleveland or Orlando. My check was written to Miracle Method.

Chris, who did the actual work was great. He came in and gave me approximately how long the job would take and that is how long it took. He was here for 3 or so hours on one day and finished it in an hour and half the next. They gave me a time when they would come for both days and were in the time range both times. The tub looks fantastic. I would definitely call them again if I needed anything else done and I would recommend them to my family and friends. I love my new tub.

Marius performed the work. Showed up on time, explained the process, took care to make sure surrounding area was well protected. Returned the following Monday on time and again explained the final steps. End result was outstanding! Marius was very professional and work was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend both Marius and Miracle Method....tub looks like new!!!!

It went very well. They ventilated my home during the application and were very neat and clean. I love the outcome, my tile looks brand new.

Another company would not even take the job as their technician said it was beyond resurfacing. Miracle method did a fantastic job and were happy to help, again the technician was a true perfectionist and did fantastic work.

I am delighted with the result in both bathrooms! The Miracle Method resurfacing took 50 year old original fixtures and made them look like new! They look so pristine and clean and it was accomplished with expediency and an affordable price. Jason, M.M.'s master technician, was very professional, courteous, and an obvious perfectionist. He arrived promptly each of the 3 mornings to get the job done, provided me with instructions for care, was very careful to protect bathroom flooring and other fixtures during the process, and cleaned up everything upon completion. Who could ask for a better experience! I also want to say the staff in the office was very helpful and knowledgeable when I initially called to request an estimate and was quickly able to answer a couple of other questions I had before the job began with patience and understanding! Jeremy was sent to my house to do the estimate and he, too, was very professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend Miracle Method of Cleveland!

Happy ending to a disappointing start. The original technician scheduled to do the work did not show up to finish the job. When I contacted Miracle Method to ask what happened, they offered no excuses, just a sincere apology. They sent another team of technicians who were very professional and did an outstanding job on the tub. Even better than I had hoped for. Miracle Method made amends for the inconvenience caused by the first technician, the tub looks fantastic , I am very pleased and would highly recommend their services.

I have no complaints. They came on time and did what they were supposed to do. The tub looks excellent and the stairs looks excellent. The price was what I expected. It was not too high and not too low. The tub was in terrible condition before they started it. It looks like a brand new tub now and the stairs looks like it's brand new. It looks One time he was running late but he called and let me know that he was running late. He cleaned up after himself.

The Miracle Method tech was very thorough, timely and efficient. Explained what would be done and kept me posted throughout the process. The finished product looks great. He even took time to discuss my kitchen counters and how they could transform them as well for us - and we are going to do that project with Miracle Method now as well. Very pleased with this service. It's not inexpensive, but when you consider the cost and hassle of removing a tub and dealing with the plumbing and construction ... it's a no-brainer.

They were very professional, answered all my questions. They also put a non-slip surface on the bottom of the tub which my parents really liked. They gave me a credit of $50 as they didn’t use enough non-slip the first time. The cool part about the step is that I ever decide to not have the step, they can re-install the piece they cut out. It was really nice, they did a great job matching the color, it was such a relief to have done, and much less expensive than replacing the tub.

The service went excellent. He came out same day to give me a quote. They quoted a lower rate than the other company I had give me estimates. They did the work the next day. They were a little bit early. They were very polite and pleasant. You wouldn't even know there was an issue with the tubs they look that nice.

We had thought about gutting our bathroom and completely renovating it, but given our plans for our home, we looked into the idea of refinishing our pink and black tiled bathroom, as well as our old tub. I was a bit hesitant to go this route but Miracle Method was recommended to us a few years back by someone who had gotten their counters refinished through them, so we called them up for an estimate. Our estimate was scheduled very quickly. The estimator was very nice, and spent a lot of time with us, answering all of our questions. They do try to push their stone finish products, which are slightly more expensive. This isn't a problem, just go with what you think works best, even if it's one of the traditional finishes. Given how much tile we have in our bathroom, we decided to go with the medium white finish. Our work was scheduled for two weeks out to allow us time to prepare our bathroom. The estimator also let us know about a coupon that was available for a 50 dollar discount, which was a nice bonus. Overall, both my husband and I felt good about our choices. When the time of our service came, our technician was prompt and very personable. He was very good about keeping the home clean. We needed to stay elsewhere while the service was going on, because it is our only bathroom, and I am pregnant and had to avoid the fumes. The work was estimated to take two days, but ended up taking 3. This was not a problem, our tile is old and required some additional work to prepare prior to the refinish process. We also appreciated that they do not require payment until work is done and you are satisfied. Overall, our bathroom came out looking gorgeous. The white is beautiful-not too white, a nice soft white. The bathtub looks beautiful and like new, and they even shined and polished our fixtures for us...everything looked like new. We are so pleased with the results and have gotten so many compliments. At 1800 dollars, the cost of doing this was a fraction of what it would have cost to rip everything out and start fresh, and allowed us to keep the beautiful vintage tile and tub that our house had. Having said that, the ballpark range they gave on the phone put us somewhere in the 12-1400 dollar range, so it was slightly higher than we hoped. In the end, even at 1800 dollars, it was well worth the expense, as we have a gorgeous bathroom now. It felt good to work with what we had as opposed to dumping it into a landfill and starting over. We also had excellent customer service, a friendly technician who we were able to trust alone in our home, and great service from start to finish. A few notes: 1. Do any plumbing repairs prior to their visit. 2. Do any tile repairs ahead of time, when they do the estimate, they will let you know what the technician can fix, and what you need to fix. We only had to fix a few things. Give yourself plenty of time to prep your bathroom-if you are doing this as part of a larger remodel, they recommend other work be done before the tiles/tub are refinished. So make sure you give yourself time to get that done. 3. Particularly if you have older tile in need of repair, they will guide you towards the stone finish, saying it will cover more imperfections. In our case, with our 50+ year tile, this was not necessary. It looks gorgeous in the white, and I don't notice any imperfections. I'm not saying the stone finishes are bad, there were lots of nice ones and they are only an extra 100 dollars, but don't choose them out of fear that the traditional finishes won't cover imperfections. From our experience, they will. I've read some complaints that the finish doesn't hold up-in my experience, that hasn't been the case, though we've only had it less than 2 months. I've dropped bottles, spilled paint on it, and wiped it down, and it has been very easy to clean and sturdy. Hopefully this will continue to be the case, but even if it isn't, it is covered under a warranty. Overall, this is a great company with a great service. If you want to save the time and money of completely demoing your bathroom, this is a great option.

My bathtub was refinished by some other company about 2 years ago and the paint started chipping; I knew this time I had to get it done by an expert; I called a few other refinishing companies, besides MiracleMethod of Cleveland, and though their price is atleast $200 more than them, I went with them. Andrew Gorski came in on Monday and explained the process; he was very professional and came on time ( I am not usually used to contractors coming on time); he removed his shoes and laid a cloth trap from the front door to the bathroom; he had to go to his truck several times during the process and he made sure there is no mess on the floor; he taped around the tub, on the double sinks and on the shower handles to make sure the paint doesn't get on them; There is some paint smell for a few hours after he left; we kept the door closed and opened the bathroom window and left the exhaust on the whole day for the air to circulate; He came back the second day and caulked around the tub, he also buffed it to make it smooth; Overall I had very good experience. I strongly recommend them.

The sales rep and office workers were prompt, knowledgable and personable. I saw the sale rep on Thursday and the crew was here on Tuesday to begin the job. All in all they did a good job. The crew leader tended to be abrupt and somewhat rude when I asked questions. When they came out on the second day I asked if the buffing would be very noisy and he just shrugged it off with a smart comment. So I had to ask him again. I wanted to give my husband a heads up because he was on a business phone call when they arrived. The caulk around the base of the tub had dirt, and black hair imbedded into the caulk because the floor was dirty when the caulked. I also asked him to redo the caulk at the back of the tub because sit was messy, he did it, but said that there was grout missing in that area, and that was why it looked so bad. What he doesn't know is that had had that tub re-grouted and I clean it all the time so i would have noticed 1/2" a gap in the grout. Oh well, I have a contractor coming in to do a complete tear out of my master bath and I'll have re-grout that area then. Suggestions to the company: Crew: Be polite. Clean up after yourselves. Company: Give your crew a vacuum, cleaning supplies and a good broom so that they can clean around the tub before they spray or caulk. They might also want to brush their clothes and boots off outside to keeps the prepped surface clean and before they spray or caulk. They protected the floor around the tub pretty well, but I have overspray on areas of the floor that they did not protect. The work wasn't bad, but the process leaves a lot to be desired. They should really clean up at the end of the day. Softened paint chips are hard to scrape off wooden floor once they've been grounded into the floor for two days. Their work is guaranteed for five years, future repairs are $150.00. I would allow them to make repairs if necessary... hopefully that won't be the case.

Do not use this company unless you want to pay more then they give you an estimate for , very unprofessional. and I missed a day of work , you have been warn ........ o yes one more thing this is my 1st negative review I have done on Angies list , Im in the customer service business , and trust me this company cares about one thing MONEY ;;;

My realtor suggested the company. I booked the appointment over the phone and tried to be as detailed as possible in order to get a semi-accurate estimate. I wanted to refinish a tub and the base of a master shower. When they arrived, the cost went up because they stated that they were not aware that the tub had a surround. Against my better judgment we proceeded because we wanted the job done. After they were finished, the tub looked good but there was a vertical line on the wall where paint had come off (presumably tape had been placed to protect the wall from the refinishing process). We were offended that they did not mention it at the time and left it for us to discover on our own. We did not bother insisting that they fix it because at first they tried to deny that it was their doing. Additionally, they refinished the shower base in a white color even though I had said I wanted a cream color to match the exiting tan tile (they had limited color options). When I contacted them to complain, they said that my husband was the one who chose white. I didn't believe it because my husband denied it and he NEVER chooses anything. I truly doubt that he chose that moment to turn a new leaf. I called to complain. The owner called me. He relayed that some of the problems were due to the fact that I booked over the phone but there was also the tone of blaming the customer. They did come out and fix the shower base and it was satisfactory.

With the wounds still fresh from a recent major bathroom remodel that did not go as expected, we wanted a refresh of our second bathroom but did not want to spend a lot of money or invest a lot of time. Miracle Method was the perfect solution! Jeremy explained the process on the first day and with only one minor issue, completed the job in the 2 days that was estimated. At the end of the process, we have a bathroom that has a new and different look, at the fraction of the cost of a remodel. The transformation is amazing! It was clear that Jeremy takes pride in his workmanship. He left the house very tidy and clean. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done!

Everything went as it should . It does smell for awhile after they are finished spraying the finish, but you warned in advance that it will smell and it was not surprise. It has been over a year since the work was completed and I could not be happier with the results.
