Description of Work: re did tile and bath tub the first person that did my tub and tile did a horrible caulking job and left many areas rough to the touch. I had to spend better than two hours cleaning after he left, there was a white film all over from ceiling to floor. the next person they sent out to correct the problems tried his best to make the job look better but still needed to have them come out a third time to fix things that didn't look right. things still don't look right and aren't done right, but by the third time of having them out which was 6 days total spaced out till they could put me on the schedule and also waiting for the manager to come out to see what I was complaining about took close to a month and a half. This delayed my tile installer he had to reschedule with me twice. I also had to repaint areas their tape and use of water ruined. the manager told me he would send someone out again but I just didn't want them in my home again and have more cleaning and damage. The manager returned $200 to me BIG DEAL!!! For the time it took me to clean and repaint and the time of 6 full days of my time while they worked half off would have been better. I will probably end up redoing this bath in a few years, if this shoddy work holds up that long.

Description of Work: Bathtub repair. While soldering faucet pipe hot solder fell and blemished bathtub. Miracle Method fixed to the point of almost unnoticeable. They came on time on date promised. Technician was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Description of Work: Miracle Method of Cleveland refinished a fiberglass bath tub and surround and a shower. They did exactly what they promised. Scott, their technician, was on time and very professional. He was careful to protect the carpeting between the entrance and the bathrooms and to protect the wallpaper in the bathrooms where the work was performed. He worked efficiently and it was obvious from his explanation of the work and seeing him work that he was very experienced and competent. After the the work was done he cleaned up the bathroom work areas. He was always courteous and answered all questions. My wife and I are very pleased with the result and think the pricing was fair. Miracle Method honored the price in the estimate which they had given us a year earlier and additionally advised us of a promotion discount they were currently running which reduced the estimate by ten per cent. My experience with them convinces me they are a reliable and reputable company.

Description of Work: I contacted Miracle Method about refinishing a bathroom tub that was peeling and in bad shape. The technician was late but he called and informed me that he was running slightly behind schedule. He was professional and answered all of my questions. I was completely satisfied with the job after completion.

Description of Work: Rather than replacing my countertops, I had them resurfaced by Miracle Method. I am very pleased with the result.

Description of Work: Our bathroom needed updating. The tile and tub were in great shape, just the wrong color. Our pink and black tile, as well as our nasty bathtub was all refinished in white. All of our grout was coated over so we would never have any mildew problems again. They vented all of the fumes out of a window, and did a very good job covering up the floors with drop clothes. The second day they had to come back to buff and polish the tub. Also to re-caulk, and do a few touch ups. The tub and tile looked like new when we walked in to check it out. They left our bathroom cleaner than when they got there. We were very satisfied with the work performed. They came on time when they did the estimate, and when they did the work. Only one out of about four other guys we called out of the Yellow Pages called back, and showed up! There was still a little odor of paint the next day, but it has since turned into a freshly painted room smell. Overall, great job, and very professional.
