Miracle Method Of Cleveland

My bathtub had been refinished by another company several years ago, but it didn't last long. The paint started to chip and peel within months. I was hesitant to have it done again. I had heard that Miracle Method was the best way to go, so I had it done. It's been about 8 months now and the tub looks as good as the day they did it. I anticipate that this will last a long time. The workers were very prompt, professional, and neat, considering the messy job they had to do.

The worker played a radio and talked on his cell phone a lot of the time. He talked to me about resurfacing the tub for $500 ridiculous amount. He caulked the tub and then charged me extra to repair the toothbrush holder. I thought I was supposed to get more for my money on the "deal".

This is a great company/product. They are professional, friendly and punctual. We have had several guests use the tub since the refinishing. Each has been amazed at how good it looks. We had them install the non-skid surface and the new drains. We highly recommend spending the few extra dollars for these additions. The cost of the project was considerably less than any of the other alternatives available. I highly recommend this service/company. Our old scratched bathtub looks like new!

The people at Miracle Method are very responsive, and they call back when they say they will. I had to re-schedule two times, and they were very accommodating. Regarding the service, Tom was great - very friendly, professional and neat about his work. The tub looks fantastic, and the non-slip coating is perfect ! I wasn't sure at first about getting a non-slip coating because I didn't want it to be too textured - Tom knew that, and he applied a very light version of texturing. I am so happy with it because you don't slip when you step into the shower, but it's light enough that you can take a bath without a matt. I will definitely use Miracle Method again in the future, and I will refer any family and/or friends to them as well.

Initially called miracle method because of the coupon offered through Angie's list which reduced the cost for us by about $500 off the original estimate of $2200. Their website was also very helpful; giving lots of information with some pretty good before and after pictures. Everyone I worked with was professional and helpful: the initial estimator, the staff at the showroom and the actual craftsmen. We were cautioned that the texture might not cover/disguise all the cracks, but it turned out perfectly. People showed up when the promised, cleaned up after themselves and were universally a pleasure to do business with. The bathroom that had all of the tile areas refinished looks absolutely fabulous. The tub looks good too (doesn't have the same impact but makes a difference for sprucing up the third floor bathroom). I would absolutely hire them again and would encourage anyone else considering having refinishing work done to let them talk with you.

The representatives showed up on time and worked in a diligent fashion. The smell was a bit much so be sure to have a fan available as the coating cures. They returned the next morning to polish and finish the project. Caulking and details were finished with very nice results. We had to call them back the following week to address a small area that didn't look correct. They returned and completed the spot repair without difficulty. All in all, the work was highly satisfactory and the Angie's List discount made it an even better deal. I would highly recommend this company to those interested in refinishing a bathtub.

This service did not go very well. The tech showed up and masked off the walls, floors, and everything in the area. That was successful and there was not a mess. The tech left for the day and made arrangements to return the next day. I was told not to remove the drains or the faucet so we could still get water previously, but the second day the tech told me that I should have removed them to avoid the spots that were not covered near the faucet. The tech attempted to touch up the areas near the faucet and made it look worse. I requested that he stop and allow me to contact the owner, and the tech stated that he would contact the owner himself. After he called the owner, the tech came back in and stated that he was informed to caulk around the faucet. I asked him to stop working and have the owner call me, the owner did not contact me within a few days so I attempted to contact him. I contacted the owner twice and he said he was very busy and would get back with me. When I did not receive any further contact from the owner for about two weeks, I began looking to replace the sink completely with another vendor. I did not like the way the material had settled in the bottom of the sink bowl. I did not pay the tech that came out stating that I would like to speak with the owner first. The owner got back to me a month later when he noticed the invoice had not been paid and asked why it was not paid. I then told the owner that I have already went around and located a new sink and counter for replacing the entire thing since I was so unsatisfied with the work done by his company and had not heard back from him. I asked the owner if he wanted to see the old sink and he replied that he did not need to and had taken me off his books. He never came to see the poor work but did not charge me either.

Our daughter used them and within a month there were scratches ands ignes of rust, but he would not back up his work. We have since then decided not to hire them.

Miracle Method was more than great, they were prompt in estimates, prompt in the restoration process. I wish I could remember the name of the man who did the actual work, he was an artist. As my husband and I go through this old house and renovate it we are attempting to keep as much of the really good old stuff as we can. Thank s to Miracle Method the tub shines like a new dime. I really appreciate a company that cares about its reputation.

Although our tub was not in terrible condition, it looked dingy and had lost its luster, and we did not want to incur the expense of purchasing a new tub. Angie's List had an online offer for Miracle Method, so we decided to take advantage of the offer. Jason, from Miracle Method came to our home Saturday, April 14, to refinish our bathtub. Since we wanted to be able to use our tub the next day, we had Jason refinish AND dry the finish on the same day which takes a few hours longer than refinishing one day and then having Miracle Method come back the next day to dry the finish. We were very happy with the work done and wanted to mention that Jason actually went above and beyond our expectations. We also needed a new acrylic liner for our bath, so we used someone recommended by Miracle Method to do the installation 1-1/2 weeks before this appointment and, by accident, he broke the blinds on our bathroom window. He said he would purchase a new one and have Miracle Method bring it along with them when they came to resurface the tub. Unfortunately, he forgot to take care of this and Jason was unaware of the situation. As a result, during the time between the resurfacing and drying procedure, Jason took it upon himself to purchase the blinds and not only did he bring the blinds back with him, but he installed them as well! Of course we knew that the person who installed the liner would be reimbursing Jason and Miracle Method, but Jason did not have to do this. He went above and beyond our expectations. In regards to everything else, Jason was on time. Actually, he was about 15 minutes early. He was courteous, answered all questions and there were no unexpected surprises -- except for the blinds! Understandably, I cannot comment on the product beyond its current appearance since it has been less than a week that we have enjoyed our "new" tub, but I am hopeful that with proper care we will be able to keep this beautiful and new look for years to come.

The came and noticed other repairs that needed to be done first and they recommended another company do those before they could do their portion of the work. Once that was done, they came back and did a beautiful job on the glaze work. I’ve already recommended them to others. They had a good price, they were professional and friendly.

Jason was phenomenal. He was very professional and has an artist background, he is very talented. He came and worked hard all day everyday he came. I was very impressed. The worked turned about beautiful and I am very pleased.

Very well! Pat Perkins was the guy who came out to give the estimate was very nice and even helped me choose a color that would go well with my cupboards and flooring. It ended up being the PERFECT color and I am very happy with it. Tom C was the guy who performed the resurfacing and he was also very friendly and professional. He explained everything about the project, did a great job, and cleaned up nicely. I am so happy I had this done-it totally transformed the look of my kitchen.

I contacted Miracle Method of Cleveland via their website and they contacted me the next day, and were able to come out and perform service the following day, but I scheduled them slightly later. Based on my description of the problem a quote was provided over the phone. Jason came out and explained the process, and got to work immediately. He was done within a couple of hours, and had completely repaired the bottom of the tub to my satisfaction. You never would have known that work was done on it, it looks that good. The color matching they performed was practically spot on, and if you did not know work was performed on the tub you would think nothing of it. The reason for the overall B rating is that many hours after the visit had ended, about an inch wide blue streak that was a few inches long became apparent in the tub. I contacted them and they indicated that was the color of the adhesive, and that sometimes it seeped through the coloring agent to the top. They scheduled Jason to return a few days later to take care of the problem. Jason contacted me on the day of service and indicated that he would be able to come by earlier than the scheduled time, came with the color agent pre-mixed and was done in less than 5 minutes. So while the fix was quick and professionally taken care of, I do have to deduct some points for needing the second trip. Overall, the pan of the tub looks great now, and I can once again use that shower. Had I known that such a service existed (and how easy the process would be), I would've contacted miracle method to fix this problem many years ago.

It turned out beautiful. They were very professional in handling all the work. My overall experience with them was great and the quality of their work was excellent. They had a ad in the paper for $99 and my cost ended up being $345. I would use them again in the future.

Great experience. Chris was our technician; he ensured care was given to the house as he preformed his work. Professional work ethic and friendly; very enjoyable to work with. Very satisfied with work and product.

We purchased the Angie's List Big Deal, then called and scheduled appointment with Andrew - he came out within a few days, reviewed the work, gave a quote and scheduled a time for the work to be done. A few days after placing the order, we decided to replace the shower door - worked with Amy to determine an appropriate door for my home. Amy was very helpful, calling the shower door company to get additional information based on our needs. The job took approximately 1.5 days to complete. Jason did the work - we were very pleased with the results. After taking a closer look at the shower area a few days after the work was completed, we found a few spots that needed to be re-done. Called and scheduled a time for re-work to be done - it was completed to our satisfaction. The only disappointment was a delay in shipment of the shower door. It was supposed to be installed a week after the refinishing work. After contacting Amy about the shower door install, we were informed that the shower door didn't make it onto the truck at the manufacturer. This seemed to be a snag on the shower door company's end, not Miracle Method. We were offered a discount - passed on from the manufacturer due to the snag. The shower door was installed today and we are very happy with the results. When the time comes, we are planning on using Miracle Method for other bathroom refinishing.

We used them through two coupons that we got from Angie's List and that worked well. They were prompt. The gentleman that I dealt with on the day that I was here was excellent. He made sure that he sealed up the bathrooms and that there were no fumes coming out because we have a young granddaughter living here. He was very proud of his work and tried to do a good job, and did it. Someone told me that I could have got the work done a little bit cheaper, even with the coupons, but I don't know whether I would have got such an adequate job because the job that they did was good.

Erick did very careful and complete work on our old bathtub, and it does now look like new! He explained what he was going to be doing, answered our questions, was punctual, efficient and professional. I am pleased we went this route, rather than tearing out and replacing our bathtub, and would recommend the process to anyone who is wondering whether this is a good option.

I thought it was okay but i never looked really at the work. My wife had concerns about it so she called company and told them about problem and they sent someone out to look at problem, Nathan was the one who came out to look at the problem. Nathan started to do some work and stated that it would be more than just a standard repair. He then tole me that he would have to reschedule to have the job completely redone free of charge and he did mention that the person who originally completed the work had been let go of since the work had been completed. Andy was extremely knowledgable about his product and was not pushy at all as I was explaining my options. After the beautiful job his crew did on my tile, it was easy to have them come back and do my countertop. Nothng but courteous and professional behavior form his employee. Again they took great care to tape everything off so not to get any overspray on anything. They came back the next day to touch up any defficiancies that were not noticable upon completion of the job. Again, if you are trying to do tile, or a tub or countertops on a budget, I would highly reccomnend using Miracle Method of Cleveland. you will not be dissapointed

Andy and his crew were very professional form the estimate to the completion of the job. His worker when he showed up took the time to explain to me every step of the process. He completely taped everything off to protect my bathroom form any overspray. He kept me updated every couple of hours on the process. I would highly reccomend Miracle Method of Cleveland for anyone who wants to save money and completly update their exsiting tile, tub or countertops.

I was just very happy with the work that they did, and the fellow they sent out did a great job. He explained everything he was doing and cleaned up afterwards.

I can honestly say that Miracle Method does it best! We hired a different company to refinish our tub and the coating only lasted 1 year. After no response from previous company, I contacted Miracle Method. They were able to schedule me within a week for our tub to be stripped & refinished. Miracle Method is very professional, friendly & courteous! Our tub looks great and is exactly what we expected. I am going to have them refinish our countertops next. Service is an A+
