Very well.
Description of Work: Cleaned and relined bathtub with an anti-slip surface that is much much better than the adhesive labels we had been using for years. We have been using the tub, mostly for showers, since this work and it has really held up well and stops slipping.

Description of Work: The rep came to my home on time and was very poiite. He explained in detail what he would do and approx how long it would take. He sealed all the areas around my green tub to insure that not paint or other chemicals would get on them. He then sanded the tub - with the door closed to prevent any dust from getting into the house. He applied the new paint and left.

Nathan, person who did the work, was very professional and, BOTTOM LINE, knew what he was doing. Answered every question my wife and I had for him. Yes, I would recommend THIS franchise operation.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal from this company. The big deal stated that it was 99 dollars for 200 dollars worth of bathtub refinishing. I called them and then they said that have a minimum charge 450 dollars. I have spoke with two or three other places and their charge is 150-250 dollars. This company is very misleading and extremely over priced.

We recently received your report through Angie's List. As the owner of the business, I always strive to make my customers happy with our product, and I take customer complaints very seriously. Unfortunately, you have had a bad experience with our company and I would like to clear some of the confusion up. Your purchase was for a $200.00 coupon towards the refinishing of a bathtub, tile surround, or shower stall. In the language for the deal it clearly stated that normal bathtub refinishing costs between $495 and $595. Angie's List tried to be as clear as possible with this coupon. I am sorry if it caused confusion, but please do not send a negative report based on Angie's List's deal, and not our product and services. That is simply not fair. Secondly, you state that you called several other refinishing companies, and they gave you prices much lower than ours. If price is what drives you, Miracle Method is not a good fit for you. If quality matters, There is no better company. That is shown by our A+ rating with the BBB, and our A rating with Angie's List. Our process and our product is so different from what our competitors do, that it is not an apples to apples comparison. This is based on the fact that 1/3 of our work is refinishing bathtubs done by other refinishers. Our proprietary bonding agent sets us far apart from our competition. If you had time to visit our showroom, or read our literature, it is very clear why we are a charging a little more for our superior services. You would not give Cadillac a bad rating because it is not the same price as a Fiat would you? You received a full refund for your Big Deal purchase. If you are upset that we charge more for our services without fully understanding our process, I am sorry. Please don't punish us for offering a discount through Angie's List that over thirty members bought and are very happy with the results of the work completed.
