Description of Work: This whole experience was terrific. Lora and Lisa made a full evaluation,sent an estimate with a tentative appointment date upon acceptance. They did a full spring cleaning. All I can say is WOW.They cleaned places I hadn't touched for a long time. Everything sparkled. Lisa then took me room by room to make sure everything was done to my expectations. Description of Work: I requested a deep clean on my condo to get it ready to put on the market. Many things were done very well including the hardwood floors and the kitchen and bathroom fixtures. There were several things that were overlooked and a couple of things I thought would be cleaned that weren't. The price was extremely cheap so I think the price was reasonable for the work that was completed however I would have paid more for everything to be cleaned.

Description of Work: A 3-person crew cleaned for about 5 hours to get our house ready to sell. They did an amazing job. The place looked amazing. It made us wish we had them out earlier--before we were ready to sell our house--so we could enjoy such a nice clean house. They went over by an hour because they were doing such a thorough job, but we were not charged for the overtime. Very professional and very good.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with the estimate visit, but ended up never getting an estimate. I did not hear back for 9 days after being told I would get an estimate in a day or two. I even contacted after a week to verify I did not get an estimate. I finally heard back after 9 days that I would get an estimate later in the day. Too late as I hired another company. Too bad, as I was impressed initially.

They arrived on time and were very professional. Their work was thorough and they took care of details that I had not expected. I was extremely impressed with the end result and highly recommend this company.

However, they charge by the man-hour- thus the amount of time they spend depends on how many people clean at a time. I paid $100 for less than 2 hours worth of cleaning. Seemed exhorbitant to me. My regular housekeeper (who brings one person with her) spends 4 hours cleaning and charges $80

Description of Work: The initial clean was more than listed - but it was very well done and provided the baseline for the company's bi-weekly maintainance. Laura is the co-owner of the business. She knows her trade very well and uses the best tools for the job. The house is sparkling when she leaves. Her pricing is slightly more than my prior service but she is well worth the money and uses her time very well. She also uses green products - not of much concern for me but they work great, too. Can do attitude and friendly disposition! Very hard worker!!
